Choice Hotel Website had NO mention **hotel is closed and vacant**. Night arrival: darked out, initially drove past it! I'd like to save others the maddening 1/2 hour plus process to get those non-refundable Choice points refunded. Closed over full year per competing area hotel staff. Choice contact insisted hotel was open, tried to contact by main number and also emergency contact number no response at 11:16 PM. No surprise the only thing in the lobby was a ladder and nightlights.

I had a room booked via the Choice Hotel website in Laramie for over two months. I have a confirmation number. Today, someone? canceled it online ? and sent me an email. I don’t think the hotels is even open. Their phone number is disconnected. There is a UW football game that weekend I booked and no rooms available in town.

Stay here if you want to get great service at a great price super clean good WiFi plenty of parking love this place. Great updated hotel with an AMAZING staff USA. See you guys next time. I love to support local here in the USA and this hotel lets me do just that.

This hotel is just what you want if you need a place to stay. Clean comfy and some of the best hospitality that one can ask for. SUPER CLEAN AND UPDATED. Stay with confidants. See you guys next time. Take a look for your self.

The surfaces looked clean but the linens and towels didn’t smell clean. No Ice machine no cleaning service pool out of order and these owners should consider getting on board and owning a hotel the right way. There is often no one even at the front desk

The property has nobody on site to check in after 6pm. You call a number from the front desk. Booked through Priceline, the description does not match what you get. No pool, no breakfast, no coffee, no vacuuming, and rooms that have not been updated since 1987. Don't expect any service help at any time during your visit.

Obviously owned by someone who is interested in charging the most he can and giving the least for your money. The pic of the room we reserved showed a 4 post bed and a couple of rockers in a spacious room. What we got for our money was a smaller than average room that was VERY plain. NO coffee pot, NO pool (they had one but it was out of service) NO coffee in lobby, NO coffee in room NO ice, NO breakfast and NOBODY at the desk after 8pm until around 10:00 am. We asked Akheem (OVer the phone) how we were to get a receipt because we were here on business and he said that they would e-mail us one sometime the next day. It did eventually come. NEVER again.

No front desk clerk before dark, book on line thru the Choice App. You have to call them to get your key activated but you have to go take a key out of the black mailbox next to the door and you have to call them on the phone and they’ll activate your key in 2 to 3 minutes. Well I ran to put fuel in my truck. Key not active, then get one outta the black machine an I will activate it. I have so many questions a if you’re scared of Covid why is everybody using the same phone at the front desk they can’t be wiped down because there’s no hand wipes .. not that I could give a crap about Covid. The ice machine doesn’t work but if you wanna go buy ice I’ll pay for it I’m sorry I’m done for the day I’m not leaving. Get to the room talk about an antique air conditioner and heater it would be nice to know what the temperature is in the room instead of guessing the knobs fall off.

The WORST nothing worked in the place.ice machines,swimming pool empty,frig iced over, rooms well I’ve seen better. NO COFFEE anywhere. Nothing matched description DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff “almost” Cared. For the price & choice hotel NOT
