特吉塞海岸海灘藍海公寓(Blue Sea Apartamentos Costa Teguise Beach)

Falta de limpieza, solo limpian las habitaciones cada dos días!!!! No te olvides de llevar tu champú, gel y demás productos de baño… ya que no te dan nada de nada. El secador de pelo: lo alquilas, y el buffet deja bastante que desear, no esperes nada especial, pero nada de nada!!! Lo peor de todo es el tema limpieza, que brilla por su ausencia. No volveremos y reclamaré a mi agencia.

De los peores alojamientos que he estado en mi vida: 0. Personal: muy atento, amable y cordial (vaya esto por delante) 1. Habitación: el cajón de los cubiertos con pelos. Todo súper viejo. La nevera muchísimo ruido y el water no dejaba de gotear, intentamos cerrar la llave pero estaba todo tan viejo todo que no hubo manera, puerta cerrada siempre. Bichos por el entorno de la cama (unos cuantos). La temperatura del agua de la ducha con variaciones radicales. Las habitaciones no tienen oscuridad. Las cortinas permiten el paso de la luz y no se puede dormir. 2. Comedor: la comida de muy baja calidad. Una vez más, cubiertos sucios y platos que deberían estar limpios con mayonesa en la parte inferior. Zona de bebidas y suelo, para que lo vea sanidad. 3. Piscina: llegamos de trabajar y querer darte un baño, alquilar una toalla y al meterte la piscina estar llena de pelos, bichos y hasta 7 sobres de azucarillos… ni rastro de un socorrista. 4. Zonas comunes: el cuidado de los jardines es digno de ver. El tamaño del césped podría rondar los 15 cms fácilmente. La sensación de cuido de las zonas verdes y la suciedad de el resto de zonas es increíble y de un turismo de baja calidad junto a un negocio que solo mira por la renta. POR FAVOR, CIERREN ESTRE ANTRO. La imagen para el turista es lamentable.

La mia recensione :soggiorno discreto, rispetto qualità /prezzo buono. Alcune pecche, o meglio suggerimenti alla struttura, affinché in futuro si possano migliorare : il cibo seppure abbondante non è di ottima qualità, è si hanno poche scelte. Un altro neo è la non climatizzazzione, mancante, nella sala ristorante. Un mensione speciale vá a Samuela, l'animatrice, molto carina, simpatica e professionale. Sempre pronta ad allietare le nostre serate. Inoltre al personale tutto va un plauso. Tutti simpatici. Tutto sommato la consiglierei.

The Hotel is billed as 4 Start I would rate it 3 at the most. The hotel infrastructure needs updating. For example cracked or broken tiles in the corridors not many but have not been repaired. When it rained leaked into hotel in several places. Worst part was food, good display but when brought from kitchen after a short time on display was cold. Why, no idea, it is not rocket science to keep food hot. There was a microwave which lots of people were using to reheat their meals. We used it. Pools very good. No Entertainment apart from one night but it was the start of the season. Hotel clean Staff good and polite. Short walk to Costa Teguise Would not recommend

Booked this as a last minute get away for some winter sun last month. Had such a lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, pool very clean and plenty of food & drink options. Around a 25 min walk away from bars and restaurants which wasn’t bad at all for us as the views were spectacular. Would love to return in the future.

Got a rodent couldn’t believe it when I opened the draw. I’ve noticed poo on the floor but didn’t realise until today. Not only the worst hotel to stay at but rats. Worst week of my life they put us at the back like of the hotel like a concrete prison changed it after one day room great but rats! I’ll never ever stay here again

Excellent Chris**as break, well situated for all amenities, excellent complex friendly staff throughout. Lovely clean complex. The staff are very helpful throughout. Thank you for a truly enjoyable break. Mr&Mrs Roe South Yorkshire

Lovely stay at Blue Bay all inclusive Mid Nov. Weather fantastic for whole 10 days. Lovely pool area, spacious rooms large sunny south facing balcony overlooking pool area. Comfy beds ... and pillows!! Rooms come equipped with small kitchen and fridge. Shower great too. Plenty sunbeds around pool and animation team 6 days per week. 10 mins to nearest beach and around 15 mind to main Square. Lots of great restsurants nearby.... Navarone and La Augmente and recommend Le Patio znd Habanna 6 in the Square. Great wee bar around corner from Hotel cslled Monicas. Great service and cocktails. Only negatives were sink and shower backed up a bit, slight smell from drains at certain times of the day and room could so with softer light in living area. Outside bar area could do with better lighting in evening to make more inviting. All in all a great holiday at reasonable price. All staff friendly and all inclusive beer wine and sangria of good quality. Water on tap freely available do take a water bottle to save on plastic :)

Overall a decent experience for a 3* hotel. Staff pleasant & efficient. Hotel clean & tidy, lovely gardens & grounds, trees around the pool area. Restaurant as expected for 3* , always a reasonable choice & variety. Never waited for a table. Tables cleared & cleaned by efficient staff. Room comfortable & spacious enough for 3 friends. New bathroom fitted, large balcony. Hotel very quiet at night. No rowdy guests around the pool. No one saved sunbeds & there was always a sunbed available. We didn’t watch the entertainment or take part in activities so can’t comment. There were no insects, ants, cockroaches inside public areas or rooms. We just saw one on the path. So don’t consider there is any issues with that. Overall we would stay again.
