I just want to follow up the damage deposit they credit on me , it’s worth 200cad , until now It didn’t back on my account

It has a good location on Highway 10 close to shopping and many restaurants. We had no concerns about the neighborhood. We had a kitchenette unit with a convection oven, mini fridge, sink and microwave. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The pool and hot tub were good. And there was convenient EV charging available. Staff were quiet but friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The hotel smelled like cigarettes even tho they have no smoking policy. The bed sheets had blood on them and then when it was brought to their attention they told us that no one had stayed in the room prior to us and said the blood was “fresh”. They switched our room, but we were extremely uncomfortable from the fact no one was shocked or apologetic. Decided to leave our reservation and book elsewhere, and still there was no resolution from their side. Do yourself a favour and book ANYWHERE else.

Such a perfect location for shopping! The breakfast was good and very nice staff! We will be staying again!

The room was good, but some tile was missing in the bathroom from water damage. The carpet also needed a vacuum, as there was debris all over the floor when I checked in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating though, which I appreciated. The restaurant attached to the hotel is AMAZING. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. I did not use the pool, because the room was very humid due to not great ventilation and rain outside.
