Travelodge by Wyndham Langley

The customer service is bad! We are traveling from the U.S. to Vancouver and booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn’t bring the dog inside the room but they’re trying to charge $80 for my 2 dogs for two nights staying. I told them to check the camera; still, they didn’t check and gave us free to go without charging! Honestly, they’re trying to steal the money from us if we didn’t mention checking the security camera! Be careful when you travel with your dogs in this hotel! The room is not clean still has some dirty inside!

Room was not cleaned properly next room to us was noisy. I think i wasted my money.

This hotel is good if you need something last minute.

Let’s start with the positives. The bed was really comfortable and it was quite clean. The building and units are quite old and mostly original with minor cheap upgrades. You definitely did not get the warm comfort feeling from this place. It gives more bates motel/prison cell vibes. The staff were polite and friendly and the coffee in the lobby was not bad. Unfortunately, when we got there quite late at night, the heat in our unit did not function at all, so it was cold. However, we felt it was too late to move rooms so we didn’t complain. Overall, it’s ok if you just need a little place to crash for the night, but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

This was one of my the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. I was looking for something inexpensive as I didn’t check in until after 10:00 PM so just needed a bed. For $125.00 this was unacceptable. Room was falling apart. Smelled musty. It was so hot I had to open the windows and turn off the heat totally. This was a $79.00 a night hotel. Nice staff though.

We booked a2 night stay regretfully , we arrived to a parking lot of hells angels which wasnt a pleasant feeling ! Bed was old and cheap everything in room was old and ruff shape. We had coffee for the first morning they never restocked any cups or coffee stuff for secobd night stay The blanket on bed was just tossed back up to pillows . The continetal breakfast was something to be desired but atleast we were anle to leave our room on the second morning to go get a coffee there

Room on upper floor bed was like hammock, no plug at wash basin. Bed was not made everyday, breakfast no good.

Exterior of building was immaculate. Only staff member I dealt with when checking in was polite and accomodating. Room was very dissapointing. Matress was worn out. Pillow was about the same, very lumpy. TV had obvious blown speakers and had to keep the volume so low, I could not hear the program properly. Lots of second floor noise, must be a wooden framed building. Ceiling was very obviously damaged and repaired. Two different shades of paìnt on it. Very yellow on one half. Must have allowed smoking in that room at some point in time. Vinyl wood flooring was worn out had several edges curling upwards.
