Manager/owner? made me wait while he tried to resolve a dispute with ******* about state taxes that had nothing to do with me. Things like that should be done at other times, not while a customer is trying to check in. Also they stopped serving breakfast for some reason and have the tables and chairs weirdly stored in the lobby. Why don't they serve the usual modest cereal etc anymore? Note that the whole building looks to be on its last legs and needs renovation.

The hotel is a little dated, could use some minor maintenance. Was surprisingly cleaner than I thought it would be. Beds are a little hard for my comfort but, all I’m all it’s a clean reasonably priced place to stay.

When I got in they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed the confirmation and they said they find another room. As I was unloading my luggage the hotel worker came to me upset saying I’d already checked in an hour ago! Come to find out they gave my room I paid for to someone else. After I gave him my ID for the second time, he then believed I was supposed to be staying at their hotel. After that was sorted I finally got unpacked only to get a knock at the door to go to the front desk for the third time. This time was to pay the taxes (which I already paid). I showed my receipt and confirmation which shows taxes paid but he would not budge. So I could get some sleep I paid an additional $4.87. And then he tried to ring it up again, saying it didn’t go through, I showed him on my Amex app that it did, so I would pay for the taxes 3 times. What a scam! The room was dirty, thick dust all over the alarm clock and on the lamps. It probably hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years. By far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

Older hotel but nice. The staff is awesome! It's very clean. No breakfast as stated on *******. However, that is not a big deal. There are a lot of restaurants around. ******* was slow in getting our reservations to this hotel. I had to call ******* twice to get this completed.

We visited the Secalis Inn this September courtesy of Love Holidays. The hotel is right "on the beach" and has a decent bar and small pool. We had an apartment which was a little old fashioned but clean and spacious compared to the tiny hotel rooms, however the A/C units were ancient and rusted. Furthermore, we were charged an extra eight euros per day for the A/C. Also, although the sunbeds around the pool were free, we had to pay ten euros per day to use the beach sunbeds which were owned by the hotel! Elsewhere sunbeds were charged at 6 -7 euros per day. The towels/beds/sheets were regularly changed, whilst the room was cleaned really well. The food and drinks at the hotel were OK but expensive compared to elsewhere in the resort. The hotelier was business like but not over friendly. We cannot recommend this hotel and feel there are much better options in the resort, Lester

There is no free breakfast as advertised. Very old outdated and dirty. Room smelled of mildew.

It’s an okay, clean hotel. People are friendly and helpful. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Area is old, and no one can help that. This family who owns the hotel are very nice and kind. We’ve been staying here for years and years. They’re always a pleasure to deal with. The hotel itself is older, but we’ve never had any problems with our stays. They keep it as clean as possible. We will always stay with them.

Absolutely horrible. Rooms were dirty! Toilet wouldn’t flush. Worst experience. Entire family stayed here. Multiple room’s dirty. We won’t be staying here again.
