位置非常方便,人很友好,但管理太格。我們訂的4牀房,我們trip.com訂的是四口人,但他們想額外收30歐元,聲稱我們16歲的小妞不能算孩子,即使我給他們看了確認的3個成人和1個的預訂單trip.com孩子(trip.com頁面18歲以下孩子算孩子),他們說30歐打3歐打折,表示同情!我們接受支付27歐,不要浪費我們短假時間。但是,然後,他們在退房時間多收了3歐元,說是稅費,他們忘了!我們兒子和dauther的兩張牀是沙發,不舒服。空調製冷不夠。房間質量不是4-star酒店,勉強3-star酒店。

The hotel is chic, comfortable, clean and serves a stupendous breakfast. BUT it also blares out banging disco music from 8am till 11.30 pm. It made me thoroughly miserable for three days. We kept asking for it to be turned down and it would be a bit, then the excruciating volume would creep up again. Impossible to relax around the pool or on our balcony. Staff claimed no one else had complained - well, of course not: many of them were British like us. Loads of people agreed with us, though and there are complaints about the noise here on tripadvisor. In the end, I implored the wonderful Jet2 rep to move us to another hotel. Instead she spoke to the management and the music was turned down. Christina subsequently checked in with us every day to make sure we were happy. It soured the experience though as we no longer felt welcome. The rooms are a bit small and so chic there are no drawers, just shelves in cupboards with lighting so low I had to keep using the torch on my phone to find clean underwear. There’s nowhere to hang a dress, either, just space for shirts. Despite the luxurious breakfast - cook Marina does a wonderful job with excellent scrambled eggs, omelettes and slow cooked courgettes - I certainly wouldn’t choose this hotel ever again.

Hotel was an excellent base for our holiday in Kos town. Hotel and rooms were super clean, excellent choices for breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I was however sad to witness another guest be very rude to a young lady on the reception on our last morning there but the young lady receptionist was so polite and nice to the not so nice guest it was very impressive ( I will never understand why people will think that it is ok to be rude with people who are there to help you!) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be placed close to the marina and the Old Town for their holiday.

Absolutely fabulous!! We stayed in room 404 which had a wonderful view of the harbour and we loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. The hotel was in a wonderful location - very accessible for all the sights ,and also close to the old town and shops, restaurants and all amenities. The staff at the hotel were absolutely great - they were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and swam in their pool which was small and quiet. The room was immaculately clean and well serviced and we met the cleaners who were so smiley and happy. There was also free air conditioning and a free safe deposit box. Finally, a huge thanks to the lovely lady who was always at breakfast, who went way above and beyond what was expected, and even helped us learn some Greek despite being very busy. We have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends and will continue to do so. We will also return as soon as possible.

Είναι υπέροχα ανακαινισμένο με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και υπέροχη θέα θάλασσα και τις ακτές της Τουρκίας ,προσοχή όμως όχι στον πρώτο όροφο γιατί υπάρχει φασαρία από το καφε εστιατόριο που είναι ακριβώς από κάτω και καθόλου ιδιωτικότητα καθώς το γυαλί επιτρέπει στους από κάτω καθήμενους να παρατηρούν στην βεράντα. Τα λευκά είδη και τα είδη στο μπάνιο καλής ποιότητας ,άφθονο ζεστό νερό ευρύχωρο γενικά μπάνιο με λεπτομέρεια το παράθυρο του τόσο όσο να θαυμάζεις τη θάλασσα ακόμη ξαι από εκεί Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου βολική χωρίς πάρκινγκ ,υπάρχουν όμως δυνατότητες στην παρακείμενη περιοχή. Το πρωινό λόγω covid-19 δεν ήταν σε μπουφέ αλλά το σέρβιρε το προσωπικό .....με πααααρα πολύ χαλαρούς ρυθμούς ,νε την διαδικασία να ξεπερνά κατά πολύ τον προσδόκιμο χρόνο .Καλη η ποιότητα ,δείγματα η ποσότητα! Στο προσωπικό οι περισσότεροι αγενείς. Σε γενικές γραμμές θα το σκεφτόμουν πολύ να ξανά πληρώσω αυτό το ποσό για να εισπράξω αγένεια .

Firstly, the overall experience and stay at Mitsis Blue Domes was incredible. It’s one of the most stunning resorts we have ever been too, always clean, and plenty of space around the resort to explore, relax and swim! Check in was okay, however, could have been better. The staff member didn’t really explain the hotel, or give us a map. He just passed us the keys and nothing else. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Always something to eat and hot food. Service could be a bit quicker in the buffet restaurant however overall enjoyable experience. The breakfast buffet would defiantly benefit from another toaster also. The pool areas and resort grounds are incredible. You feel as if you’re living in a Greek dream. Plenty of sun beds and no issues with getting a bed, however, we went at the start of October. This could be different for other times if the year. More staff needed for front reception. Often had to queue to ask a question or for help. Desk is big enough for more people so not sure why there wasn’t more people to service it especially when it was busy. Booking a taxi was very long winded. We had to book through the concierge and then go back to reception to pay? And when there are queues this can be very frustrating when all we wanted was a cab. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our cab to turn up. The beach was great with lovely blue seas. The food overall throughout the different places to eat in the hotel was amazing. We really enjoyed the choices we had each day to go and eat! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.
