近代的な綺麗なホテルでした。暑いところなので、クーラーが静かで良く寝られました。お湯の心配もありません。

Great service. I've enjoyed my stay. Asante. The rooms are well equipped with a functioning AC especially with the hot weather in Kisumu.

We stayed at Imperial Express only one night but it was a great experience. The room and the common areas were super clean but the highlight was Raymond, the guy at the reception, he was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. I liked the AC in my room which was very helpful to shield against the violent heat in the city. Hotel is also very close to amenities and accessible/well known so twas easy enough to reach when giving directions to Uber drivers and boda boda

Hospitality good,good bed,very friendly staff. Create car parking lot for those who have personal vehicles. Car security is very paramount. I'll confirm next time I happen to visit Kisumu city. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay. Last point. Please manage loud music coming from neighbors. It's really annoying at night.
