勝利門歐尼酒店(Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate)

CK in desk was best I have ever experienced and I have been traveling all my life, now age 66. I chose to always eat fabulous roast beef sandwiches from the Deli on basement floor! The hotel is all about service. People were there from all over the world. I have a service dog and they were VERY accommodating, unlike last TRIP Hotel i stay at that illegally charged me $200, so I simply left at 10 p.m. for their telling me this after I moved in. It is illegal to forced payment of a Service Dog. Thank you OMNI for knowing this!

This hotel is secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the Walt Disney resort area. The property is spacious and comfortable. There’s a golf course that you could walk around the outer perimeter and enjoy nature. They have kids putt putt, several different pools, including a tidle pool. The dining options are good. The restaurants are excellent.

Comfortable, quiet room. Nice view of the golf course, especially impressive at night. Excellent staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Well organized operations. For example, access to parking was with the room key. Checkout was done by using the room key to open the gate and depositing the room keys in a locked box. A bank of 6 elevators made quick work of getting to and from the rooms. WARNING! Most guests on the 13th floor thought they were actually on the 14th floor when they got off the elevator. heh, heh... Room lights were dim. Not a real savings with mandatory LEDs, but all lights were working. Edges of the mattress had low spots, probably from numerous people sitting there. Stiff back in the a.m. Bathroom had nothing to hold onto during a shower in a bathtub. Felt a little dangerous.

There was a huge wedding happening - and unfortunately we were woken up each night at midnight and 13o am from the guests coming back from the wedding- also our hot water was not working properly in our room - and no ICE machine on the 14 th floor was working

I checked in at 1030. Room was ready but the girl that checked me in was rude. Asked a couple of questions. I got no no.. was her response unacceptable as we have been to this Omni many times. There was construction noise all day and they were pressuring washing at 10pm they were supposed to stop at 6 pm. We got pizza from Trevis their Italian restaurant it was undercooked and we could not eat it. They called my room after about 10 minutes to say it was ready and come get it because they were closing at 830. Not one person in the restaurant. Food was horrible. Self parking is now 35.00 dollars valet is 45.00 dollars not to mention all the taxes and resorts fees our bill should have been around 300.00 but with all added it was 550.00. We love this resort and have stayed many times. This will be our last time staying here.

The check-in experience was great, and staff persons throughout the property were friendly. I arrived late and tired, so was disappointed to find that the bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor and hanging off the shampoo - and that there was no hot water in the sink. In fact, the sink only had hot water a few times, and the shower was sometimes lukewarm at best. When I informed the front desk of this, the solution was to call maintenance, which was a bit surprising given that the hotel was mostly vacant (as I knew from my chat with the front desk staff at check-in.) I'm not clear on why I wasn't offered a different room. I wasn't thrilled at the prospect of someone banging around the bathroom and ultimately declined the offer. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I was able to sleep comfortably due to relative quiet and a comfy bed. However, during the day my work was interrupted several times by the housekeeping staff having very loud conversations, often hollering at each other from several rooms away. The fitness center was excellent and very clean. The hotel has its good points, though there is room for improvement.

This is a great location where to stay and it has store around around and also like restaurants inside and pools great location, happy to stay at this resort! And the rooms were so cleaning and sparkling! Great service!

Checked into a smelly room, even the guy helping me with my luggage said it smelled. He send someone in to look around and find the smell, this guy comes in with a can of spray, he started spraying everywhere… I had an infant in the room, I told him to please stop spraying it was to much for me to smell and my baby. Then I open the mini fridge and start putting in the lunch’s and snack to my daughter. She’s attending the dance convention all week and is a picky eater. Wanted to make sure she would be good! I notice the fridge was warm, I called down and was advised they would send someone up to check the fridge and if it was broken they would switch it out with a new one. They told me no worries you don’t have to wait he will take care of it. So I left and brought my daughter to her convention. When I returned to the room I find a new fridge in the middle of the room with a note that said I didn’t switch because you had food in the broken fridge……….. He left my food in the HOT fridge and left another fridge in the middle of my room?! How does that make sense?????? So all my food and drinks went bad!! Called down to the office and they just apologized and switched my room. They said I would have a credit for some food for the store down stairs but the prices are ridiculous so it didn’t even compare to what I had bought for my daughter for the week.

I am really upset with how much I paid for the stay here with the condition of the rooms and property. I paid nearly $2,400 for the room then paid $30 a night for patking and $40 for a Resort Fee plus tax on that. This was our very first vacation and im heading home upset. The first room they put us in had several issues. The biggest deal breaker was the construction of a new hotel completely blocking the view of the resort. The master bathroom was nasty. There was what looked like either blood or poop on the wall next to the toilet. The remote didnt work for the tv. They were nice enough to agree and move us to another room. I looked over a room. My only complaint was the most shower. I asked that it be cleaned and they agreed to it. They knew i had an appt i had to be at and we would move into that room after that scheduled appt. When i got back, someone else had taken over and she tried to put me inna different room. I told her which one it was supppsed to be. We get to the room and then are forced to wait in the hallway for 20 minutes while they inspected the new room. Im pregnant and standing like that was ridiculous. They finally let us in. That night i noticed after my sinuses swelled up, that they didn't clean the shower. I called immediately and told them. It was finally cleaned the next morning. I was sick and had a migraine for 24 hours due to the mold. They tub also leaked the entire time.
