If you do stay here, things you will need for your stay, your wallet for all the double fees they dont mention, Roach bombs and ear plugs, towels, first thing to do when arriving to room bomb it! Worst infestations ever! Never unzipped bags, Also ear plugs for keeping roaches out of ears at night and towels since the maid is really bothered to give you one.. Do not turn off lights at night, roaches come out bigtime, also do not bring food in rooms or open dressors or fridge area, its the roach condos! They should have been paying us to stay at this place, should be condemned by the state board of health!

Dirty ,unmainted place Cockroaches crawling on you at night , the office consider that normal and they don't even try to make it right for you . Horrible customer service. You get what you pay for ...

Super rude hotel and guest staff. I had called 2 days before my reservation to cancel it because of a family emergency. I had booked through *********** and they were extremely helpful. I called the hotel to see if they would cancel my reservation and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude telling me management would handle it in the morning and then when I called in the morning to see if they accepted the request form they were extremely rude telling me they were going to charge me either way for cancelling even though I had a family emergency. A nightmare to try to cancel and I lost my first night. Super rude and unprofessional staff. They want to milk money out of people because it’s a terrible hotel and they need that money to survive with their $8 an hour paychecks the staff gets. Don’t make a reservation here they will just try to cancel it behind your back and steal your money. Unbelievably rude experience I had with this hotel, it’s staff, and management.

Simple hotel, safe was not working, sort of a bad pluming, but It got fixed. Needs reconstruct. But location is pretty ok. Good food places nearby, and close to a huge outlet and disney world. Simple boring breakfast, but it will get u full if you are not to picky

I had to cancel after my event date changed to the following week but was still charged my room booking rate of $103.00. I canceled 30 min after booking and was still charged this fee through them. The hotel was very accommodating but benefit hub kept my money and showed no sign of even caring about taking my hard earned money. I will never use them again.

- disappointed when we returned to our room daily to find no trash removed, linens replaced. For a family… this is a must. -on-site restaurant is mediocre, (but the staff was wonderful). -floors are thin. You will hear EVERYTHING above your room, EVERYTHING!!! -at this price, they do NOT offer breakfast. All of the above was tolerable for sake of maximizing a positive personal experiment, UNTIL….. -WORSE AND MOST SEVERE than all cons is the lack of integrity.. I’ll explain. We left Friday morning, accidentally walking out without a medium sized (bright pink) personal travel pillow. Realized only a couple of hours later we had left it. Called immediately, I was routed to Housekeeping management. NO ONE answered nor returned my numerous calls. Continued to call the following day (yday), now 24 hours later. No answer or return call to me. I again speak to front desk who says “they have no direct line”, Which begs the question, why did staff TRANSFER ME, why is “press 3 for housekeeping dept” an option in their greeting when you call?).. anyhow, She resumes with “Let me call the manager personally”. The polite clerk returns and reports to me that the manager is not aware of a BRIGHT PINK pillow and does not see my item in the lost and found and “will check storage and give you a call tomorrow”. My response: why would it be in storage, I only left not even 24 hours ago. If you can’t find it, it’s because it is being “stored” in someone’s HOME.” In which the clerk verbalizes understanding that it didn’t catch a cab by itself, it was definitely left and housekeeping must’ve taken it”. The pillow is bright, hot pink, it’s not like it was a white item lost in linens. Besides, it was on the FOOT of the bed closest to the hotel room entry door of 7210. But I digress..moving on.) The next day, (today)… no calls, (of course).. which at this point I’m not surprised given the history of no return calls from this hotel. You’re lucky to even reach anyone at all, whether patrons are in the foyer or not. !!!!!~bottom line, do NOT leave ANYTHING behind. The staff lacks integrity, specifically housekeeping. I think the housekeeping is contracted for Red Lion to not take missing items in an expensive hotel more seriously. Anyone should be concerned having something taken from them. It’s a personal violation of trust- It’s not a good feeling. More insulting are the lies and excuses and run-around the hotel and management offers, rather than resolution. Whatever you leave, WILL BE GRABBED AND PICKED THROUGH!!!!.. You’ve been warned.!!! IDC how comfy the beds are, I don’t appreciate being stolen from. Look at their reviews… they respond to no-one, ever. That’s indicative of how engaged/communicative Red Lion is with their paying patrons. None at all.

4 night stay and we kept getting locked out of the room. They would fix it supposedly and next time same thing red light locked out. Finally we had a maintenance guy that knew what he was doing and changed the batteries. You have to physically go to the office as the front desk does not answer the phone. Also we would wait at least 30 min for someone to come up and let us in. Besides that, no one came to clean the room, property is dirty, I would also hear lots of complaints when we were in the office area like broken TV no remote this place is one big problem. After a day of sightseeing we just wanted to relax no relaxation at this property.

Booked this hotel on our way to a quick family trip to Universal. It was a gem. Perfect location, perfect price point, spotless, and bounce hot breakfast eggs and pancakes!!!! Will book again next time we are look to go to the parks.
