Upon arrival, you really couldn't tell where the entrance was. There was 2 signs that said enter. Someone was parked under the covered area.. So I parked in the next parking lot to the building. So I saw a sidewalk and walked toward aside door and there was the front desk. Another person that was making a delivery couldn't tell either. So I got checked in and proceeded to get a cart to take to my car which was a great ordeal for me because someone had used the good cart and I had the crappy one that made it really hard to push. So I got it all to my room and new. I needed to put my food away and the refrigerator was warm, maybe not even turned on? After a short investigation, I discovered the phone wasn't working either. So I went down to the front desk And told the clerk of my situation. She came up reset the refrigerator but it never got cold enough to freeze my blue ice. So she placed it in the freezer in the morning breakfast room. The next morning I asked for an adjustment on my bill but of course, I had ******* and they could do nothing. I also thought it was way over priced for what I got. Since ******* charges so many extra fees, I may have to discontinue use of this app.
