金曼西6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Kingman, AZ - Route 66 West)

Angelina was extremely nice over the phone she helped me change my reservation due to me not getting in until after 3:50 super nice. I get to the hotel after driving through the night to be greeted by Fantasia she was extremely loud and rude. First off I was on crutches she didn’t open the door for me and watched me struggle to open the door and made me go out to the car and get my BF drivers License (which I’ve stayed here multiple times and no one has ever asked for it) she loudly tells me “I am a stickler for the rules so it is what it is” she again watched me struggle to open the door no help at all. I will not stay there again due to the rudeness and attitude from Fantasia.

As tired as this family was after a long travel, we came upon This Place hoping without any Drama, but of course, OMG, of All Places of This Chain of Motels, This PLACE NEEDED ID FROM EVERY PERSON STAYING THERE &THAT WAS DEFINITELY A 1ST. Even,a Family Member had to come in & ask WHY That was Necessary? All the response was a BS Answer 😡

The sheets are cheap, itchy and over washed. The towels are cheap and very tiny lol but the room was clean, updated and sufficient for a night. The heater worked well and the property was safe and well lit. You're getting what you pay for at this price but it's great for a night before hitting the road again.

The rooms were newly renovated but the bathtubs definitely show some stains. The rooms felt clean. Bed firmness varied- we had two rooms and the beds were different but both okay. This was a pretty standard motel 6. Angelina at the front was the worse part of this stay. She was very rude and her communication skills were awful. It wasn’t until I started getting snappy back at her that she decided to a little nicer. She really made me think a lot less of this property. It was a horrible first impression. Management needs to figure out what they can do to make her a happier person and their customers will directly benefit from it. As it is now, any interaction with her is worth less than one star.

Bathroom was really dirty (hair everywhere). The floor has probably never been vacuumed let alone wet mopped. In addition, the room smelled musty. But the worst part was the knocking and creaking noises that came from the wall or the building all night.

My expectations of a Motel 6 was low, but these premises far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly- especially Justine at the front desk. If your looking for a affordable and clean place to stay, this is a good choice.

The staff was super nice and helped with anything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. And I usually can not sleep in hotel beds comfortably. It was great for the price we paid. There were a few things that may need some work. The shower did not drain properly. Overall, Great

I booked a smoke free room. I requested a downstairs room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and have a terrible reaction to smoke residue. The clerk had trouble understanding this issue. She sent me to a smoking room to try it out. The motel is going through a very nice renovation. The desk clerk eventually worked everything out, but it truly felt like my reservation was ignored.

Check-in went well. But couldn't access the room after driving over to the building. Drove back to the office and was issued a new set of access cards. Drove to the room, still couldn't get in. Drove back to the office and the helpful attendant walked to my room and let me in. She suggested that if I needed to leave the room, I prop the door open with the internal safety catch. Went looking for ice, circling my entire building. No machine. Another guest directed me to the one machine servicing the entire hotel in a different building. I emptied the machine, I got 9 cubes. Attendant blamed the guests for filling their coolers. Room is very spartan, one bed with two nightstands, one TV, one narrow desk below the TV, one plastic chair. No mini-fridge, no microwave. But did find one micro near the empty ice machine. Magically, after about an hour, I tried the key-card again and it worked. Hotel was very quiet as each room had external access instead of an interior hallway. TV had no signal for local network chanels, but i don't consider that a problem, the cable chanels worked just fine.
