銀色皇后旅店(Silver Queen Inn)

No breakfast, microwave not working, 1 towels, sheets were clean but some paint on it. Friendly staff, tv is working, room was clean, location is good, perfect price.

Unfortunately I was not happy but dealt with it because we were from out of town and didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to go to another hotel. Plus they don’t do refunds here. The room only had one towel, one wash towel. The floors were dirty, bathroom especially tub was filthy and stained. There were little bugs all in the room and I freaked out cause I don’t like bugs in general. I called front desk and to see if by chance going upstairs would be better and all they said there was there was nothing they can do because it was Monsoon season and it would be like that any where we went. I myself would not stay here again.

Kingman Arizona is an interstate town. When living in the road, you need accommodations that won’t break the bank. The Inn is located next to the road, it’s very dated. First, the staff are good. A lot of rooms, but most of the rooms do smell like 1980 smokers rooms. Rugs are faded and looks like it has never been cleaned, some lights work, in room refrigerator is dirty. The room I was in had none of them, but a bad experience. Bed bugs. Luckily it was the last time I stayed at that room. But I had to get another one since it’s the cheapest in town. And that room was a step better, but fridge didn’t work and lamp. Microwave was dirty. All I did was sleep and leave for work. There are other motels around, and like I said, those who don’t want to use a lot of money or just traveling by and need a bed. This is a stop for you. This will be the last time I will stay at this location. Bed bugs.

There was NO blanket in bed. There were NO batteries for tv remote, the in room phone did not work. The light for bathroom was dim, and only one washcloth. The room was in back of second building, too far to walk to office as it was pouring and cold, and since in room phone did not work, I could not call desk.

Très bien accueilli, chambre adéquate. Par contre, nous avons demandé pour une couverture supplémentaire : non accessible. Puis, nous rendant compte qu'aucun remplissage de serviettes n'avait été fait, nous avons demandé pour avoir serviettes et débarbouillettes pour deux (il n'y avait qu'une débarbouillette avec une petite serviette à main et un tapis de bain), un rouleau de papier de toilette supplémentaire et une boîte de mouchoirs, mais impossible. Il était 8h et pas possible d'obtenir quoique ce soit avant 10h00, qu'on nous a répondu. Dommage, l'endroit était somme toute agréable.

I didn't say the night because of the horrible cool dirtiness in the room. Ask for a refund and they didn't give it to me saying that the castro was already took him for the night, but it was only six o'clock in the evening

No toilet paper disgusting tub and the. One towel in the room should have been thrown away but they are still using it. A single tissue left in the tissue box.
