L'hôtel est quasi neuf, très beau lobby, belle piscine, grande chambre avec très bonne literie, le seul bémol est le petit déj. pas au niveau tout comme certain dans l'équipe, mais ça c'est aléatoire !

I called ahead of time (before booking the day of) to make sure pool was heated and was assured it was a warm 86. So i booked. Its a more expensive hotel for the area but to ensure my kids could have a little fun after a long day in the car it was worth it to us. After traveling all day with kids, having an outlet to release their energy was important to us. We always book a hotel with a heated pool….. It was cold… maybe 72. We have a pool so we know when it’s 86! The kids lasted maybe 5 mins of swimming, we were disappointed to not be able to swim comfortably etc especially since i called ahead of time.…. Also the pool needs to be better maintained. Plaster falling off in the pool etc. The first room we were given keys for wasn’t cleaned…. And looked like it was a fresh sleep the night or day before. I was told that that’s the cursed room that always seems to slip through the cracks…. So it’s happened before. After lugging everything up we had to get a new room. The second room was “cleaned” but I would stay it was Marriott standards by any means. The room was half done in my opinion but at least it was clean linens. We paid 256 for the night (including taxes) and wish we would have stayed at another hotel.

There was a loud humming sound in our room which made it possible for us to fall asleep. We booked our room a month ago. We later learned that the hotel staff had known about this problem for days but we were not informed of it when we checked in. We ended up spending the night at a nearby motel. It is an utterly unethical business practice to assign a room with such a condition to any customer.

Parfait, accueil chaleureux, hôtel très propre et calme, la chambre est au critère de cette chaîne spacieuse et propre et donne envie d’y rester.

We have already emailed Marriot directly. List of all the bad things is too long to type for a second time.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was a little slow and needed to be cleaned but everything else was great.

Room was very clean and nice. Layout of the room was a little strange to me. Having the toilet & small sink room directly in front of the bed just didn’t seem very private but that’s something that can’t be changed and we survived just fine. It is a place I would stay at again. Young man who checked us in was very pleasant

-Bathroom sliding door was broken, it was held by only one hinge. Brought this problem to front desk, male front desk, said maintenance crew will be there on Sunday, which we checked out on Saturday. I asked to changes the room, he said, "there was nothing available." I also ask for some kind of discount, front desk said "the manager will look into it." I also asked to speak with manager, he said, "manager was not available." -Concern was safety. Sliding door may fall on my family while accessing the bathroom and during our sleep. To access the bathroom, we all had to lift the heavy door and slide to close and open. -Took photos of the two loose screw and left on the countertop. - Hotel provided 3 towels for family of 5. In the morning, I went down to the front desk to requested additional towels for family. Male front desk consulted with someone in the back room and said it is our policy that I (the guest) return the three dirty towels first before issuing new ones. He also said, "guest have been stealing towels." I felt insulted. -Fortunately, a female front desk gave me the new towels. I got the 3 towels hurried to my room on the second floor and gather the three dirty towels to swap them out. -Before check out. I spoke a Shanenea to informed her about the bath door. She told me that she is putting a ticket right away. She was very helpful and professional. Overall, it was a horrible experience for my family. I felt insulted and discriminate against.
