金曼華美達酒店(Ramada by Wyndham Kingman)

Reached at 1:35 AM and the front desk told us that they cannot find our reservation. Got hold of support desk and after 35 min of being on hold, they were able to find out that the hotel had given our reservation to someone else and charged us for the stay. On top of this, the booking was for a room with king size bed but got room with (2) queen size beds. Utterly disappointed!

the first thing i noticed was the sink was very dirty like toothpaste on the sink and in it. faucet was filthy. where the suitcase holder was the dust was very thick and the bathtub was dirty and had a bug crawling in it. and the nice white bed cover had a big black stain. and someone was playing loud bass music at 7:30 in the morning never went back to sleep

I am sorry to say this has by far been the most unpleasant stay at a hotel! The room was not very clean, the coffee maker was missing parts, Only one blanket for a 31° night, however i did call the front desk and i was given a very thin scratchy blanket. The refrigerator barely worked and the tv cable was not working either and was told " the wifi works though. I am not a person glued to my phone so that answer wasn't helpful. The shower however was pleasant and the best part was dove mini products and i mean mini to use. If cheap and uncomfortable is what you want this is the place for that! $103 is a lot to pay for minimal comfort! Having a disability as well they were not helpful to carry my bags so far even after stipulating this in my reservation. Top the night off with dust bunnies on the ceiling.. To have a stuffy nose the next day. Wont ever stay here again!

Very old property in very poor condition. There was a 1 inch air gap all the way around my door. Rodents, bugs and other vermin had NO BARRIER to get into my room. The bathroom sink stop did not work. I called the front desk and they did send someone from maintenance to put sealer around the door which helped. The heat did not work on the wall unit, just the fan. The unit was so dirty on the inside I was afraid to turn it on. When I checked out and mentioned the room's general condition to the staff at the front desk they replied "Yeah, everyone complains about that room" SERIOUSLY???? And they put me in there anyway. EPIC FAIL. NEVER AGAIN.

一家可愛的汽車旅館，但真的很吵。火車軌道距離酒店僅 1 個街區，火車整夜班次頻繁。凌晨4點30分，我被汽車的喇叭聲和引擎的轟鳴聲吵醒。那時我已經受夠了並離開了。

Not what I expected for a Ramada Hotel. It reminded me of a Motel 6. Outdated and the blinds were broken. They charged my debt card twice and I have to wait 3-5 days to get the money back!

Interesting with the Route 66 theme Room was not well cleaned - dirty caulking, faucets not clean. The bed spreads were very cheap and very thin and didnt appear clean

Only thing I really did not care for was no WiFi once you get in the room even though they say free WiFi only outside lol

was suppose to had just been upgraded. items that should had been upgraded were not and the ones that were was a poor job. noisy and not to clean. will not stay there again.
