普魯士王市福吉谷喜來登酒店(Sheraton Valley Forge King of Prussia)

I loved the heated pool. I went for a birthday celebration and I loved they gave a complimentary breakfast voucher for us. The only thing I didn’t like was the guy at the front desk said they had a shuttle to take you to the mall, we already went to the mall so we wanted to go to the restaurant they said within 5miles and it was so the guy who was the shuttle bus driver looked like he didn’t want to take us and when he eventually decided he said he can take us but we would have to get a Uber/Lyft back and that was ridiculous so i ended up driving to the restaurant.

I like this hotel, very clean and spacious.

Called hotel before booking aksed if pool and hot tube works the said yes booked it got to hotel hot tube not working told front desk said the would have the engineers look at it .went to my room only have the heat work told front desk engineer came reset it said it will work the room temp went downto 68 turned up heat never came on very cool all night. Went to front desk next moring seen engineer the main guy he said he would look at it i went out for 3 1_2 hours came back not work at all .went to desk sent someone eles to ck it out said he reset it should work never came on temp was 68 in room .very disappointed also they never fixed hot tube my waife was very upset So we had a cold room for 2 nights and no hot tube for 2 days 😒

Best Hotel. Warm and professional welcome. Excellent bartender with service and personality. Best shower and bed of my life....and I travel often for business and pleasure.

We found hair all in the comforter. The African American breakfast waitress was very snotty. The Asian waitress was kind and humble. No towels at pool.

Clean and quiet room. Our room was quite a bit of walking distance from the main hall, but wasn’t too terrible.

Lacking basic services. No mini fridge. Lack of hot water, and heating working only half of the time. Needs to improve for the price....

Best shower pressure. Pool closed for maintenance which is the only reason we came. Have to pay for WiFi and breakfast not included. Also. Side door never locked! We stayed on ballroom floor that had its own entrance that was wide open all night. Anyone could have come in there! Not safe feeling. Decorated nicely.
