After arriving at the hotel very late at night because our car broke down we we’re desperate for a hot shower. Our room had no hot water. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work so I went downstairs to request a different room with hot water. I was told this was not possible and that maintenance would be called in the morning. I asked why it was not possible and she then told me that if our room had no hot water then the the entire hotel probably had no hot water. This was absolutely not the case as I found out in the morning when I was given another room to shower in. Whoever the overnight person is needs to learn a little more about how to solve guest’s issues. I don’t feel like it was asking too much to have a hot shower in my hotel room regardless of what time of day or night it was. The daytime staff was lovely and very helpful. This will be our last stay at this hotel however. No hot water and rude and unhelpful staff is a dealbreaker for me.

This hotel is a bargain, compared to its competitors in the area. I was visiting Phoenixville, a short ten minute drive away, and in the past had stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oaks, a short distance away. But when I looked at prices for this trip, the Hilton was about $50 more per night. I had never stayed at SpringHill Suites, but was impressed by the many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. It is clean, modern, and with a service staff who are all very friendly and eager to help. It doesn't have a restaurant, but there are countless choices within minutes. It is also a quick 2-3 minute drive to the entrance to Valley Forge National Park, and its visitor's center, so it's very convenient for a morning walk along its walking trails, and to experience its history. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience staying at SpringHill Suites and will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

This property is really tucked away which means its nice and quiet but also easy to miss. The maintenance in the room left something to be desired - towel hook near shower falling out of the wall, deadbolt on door didn't work at all. The counter near the fridge clearly hadn't been wiped down. Overall it was ok but I'm not sure I'd come back.

Quiet, clean, and pretty. Very pleasant staff as well. Food was good at breakfast. No complaints.

SPRINGHILL Suites was perfect for our family girls trip. The suite fit 5 of us perfectly. The front desk staff were very friendly. It would have been nice if our room was cleaned more than once for the 5 days we were there. That’s why it received 3 stars

The hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms very nice and quiet and clean.

Just a one night stay but everything lived up to its reputation of the previous reviews. Friendly staff and a very clean and comfortable room. Would have been nice if the lobby bar stayed open past 10 PM. Other than that minor issue I’d definitely stay here again, or another one of their locations.

The first room we were in had three bugs that I am not sure were roaches or stink bugs. We could only be moved to another room with one bed.
