Crowne Plaza 費城 - 福吉谷(Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia)

When we checked in, the receptionist was not friendly. She gave us half of her attention. Also, the hotel takes an extra $150 from our bank account for incidentals and it may not be returned for up to 30 days. We should be told something like that up front. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, but they put a baby in the next room. We tried to be very quiet so we did not wake her up, but the hotel was not very full and the staff could have been more considerate. Also, they provided 3 towels for a room with 2 king size beds.

It was good. Just wish there would have been a fridge in room, or signs to tell me where the ice machine was. Also, asked for a room with a walk in shower at check in was told no problem there were only a few rooms left with tubs…… walk in my bathroom and I had a tub. Was not happy about that. There were also multiple lights out in my room.

I used to stay at this hotel many times..over the years..but had not stayed there in the last 3 years...don't know if the ownership changed hands..but many things about the hotel had become negative since my earlier stays...rooms had been remodeled..to be smaller..down in appearance and size.. And..even though I'd prepayed on this site..they still deducted 150.00 extra from my credit card...and still have not gotten back into my account... Probably will choose a different hotel in the future....

Room was full of furniture, hardly any space to move around. King size bed was a huge monstrosity in a small room. And had to be placed at a bad angle.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was absolutely beautiful. Very modern aesthetic. Only thing I wish it had was a refrigerator but overall a wonderful stay.
