金城6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 King City, CA)

惊讶，不提供洗发水或沐浴液。

Yo reserve habitación con cama king size y al llegar al cuarto mi cama era queen size, hable con el "gerente o manager" y no me soluciono nada pero me siguio cobrando el cuarto king size

Customer service is horrible. Manager was very rude. Hotel advertises its amenities like the pool and free wifi. Pool is disgusting and wouldn’t recommend swimming in it. Wifi only works at front office. Signal doesn’t reach rooms and cell signal is also horrible. When I approached manager about it he said there was nothing he could do. I felt uneasy leaving my car parked in the back so I found an unmarked space by front office. I later received a call from manager saying I had to move my car. I refused Since it was late and I was concerned about my car getting broken into. Manager ended up calling the police on me and telling me off even when I approached him with civility. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The experience at this motel was the worst ever!! The room smell, wifi didn’t work, took a while before the office was willing to give us a different log in code, had to kind of argue to get new batteries for the tv remote. The room had a funky smell, flimsy, cheapest plastic cups in room with no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in bathroom. Forget hairdryer!! Couldn’t even borrow one from the office.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is in quiet area. It's like a Motel 6....

We had 3 cheap towels for 2 people. I walked to ask for 1 more towel they said they didnt have any till the morning. The phone in the room did no work. A few rooms down someone had a party till 5:00 A.M. So loud and nobody stopped it???
