Todo muy bien ! Fue como estar en casa . Un lugar tranquilo para descansar . Con excepción del hombre recepcionista del turno de las 3 pm quien es despota y arrogante; solo necesita dar una buena bienvenida y atender a los huéspedes con amabilidad; este tipo con cara de despreciocon una actitud reprobable. hago una invitación a la manager del este lugar a capacitar a su personal; recuerden que todo esta en como te reciban y el trato que te brinden . El lugar muy limpio. felicitaciones al personal de limpieza hacen un excelente trabajo .

We checked in in the evening and I requested a shower chair for special needs grandson and the male clerk started yelling at me. He said I should have reserve the room for disabled. Which I thought I did. We didn’t get a shower chair and prayed that he wouldn’t fall in the unbalanced jacuzzi tub.

Took my service dog for a walk. Was yelled at regarding what I was doing. The hotel manager yelled for my room number in front of 10 men.

Room was really clean, check in took a bit but front desk lady was friendly. However, I did pay for a king and got a queen and wasn't told about it until I got into my room and noticed.

Overall our stay was pleasant and close to Pinnacles NP. The hotel had everything we needed but cannot justify why price was $432 for 2 nights for a 2 stars hotel.

Family owned. I'm sure most of the family does a great job. The dad could use some people skills.

The room was find but the bath was far below standard. The plug was broken and did not seal the drain. The knob for the on/off switch for the Jacuzzi was broken so it could not be turned on. There was a hole in the wall from the door being slammed open. It appears that someone had attempted a repair but the hole was still there.
