da fuori sempre un mega hotel entri e ti trovi davanti a un banale hotel, sporco tenuto male in disordine. ci hanno assegnato una camera triste cupa piccola ho chiesto il cambio con una camera superiore che era solo più grande ma tutto lo sporco e la tristezza è rimasta. colazione alla mattina in una sala angosciante scura mal odorosa con camerieri pieni di ansia.....cibo sufficiente

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Mr Mahesh Aarya was very courteous. Food was good(breakfast & dinner), can get better as the price were too high for the number of items served and service was attentive and efficient Rooms were not big but was not too small either and amenities were decent. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stayed at this property for one night with my family during our recent visit to Madhya Pradesh. It was a wonderful stay and a memorable experience to visit this heritage property. We stayed in super deluxe rooms which was really nice and has great garden view. The entire place looks like a palace and gives us the royalty experience. The property is huge and spreads over quite a few sq kms. The property has a beautiful swimming pool which we regret not having enjoyed due to the winters. The hotel has a restaurant inside which has really great service as well. We ordered room service as well as dined in for dinner both of which were really good quality and quantity. The Reception staff Mr. Mahesh was courteous and responsive. The entire property is very well maintained and we had zero complaints regarding our stay. Next, the entire property is very decorated and spacious with aesthetic pieces, bookshelves and more. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone planning a tour to Khajuraho. It would add a touch of royalty to the experience and make the visit more memorable as it did for us.

We stayed in this hotel from 29 to 31st March 2024. Hotel staff is highly uneducated. Zero Hospitality. Garden pool and outside of resort is highly unmaintained. Do not provide food after 10 PM Biggest disappointment of life they do not provide mineral water bottles after 10 PM even if you require for kids.(Die Thirsty) (Only RO water from Machine in local water bottles) Bar not avalaible, outside drinking not permissible. They sent us wrong order ( Bhindi ordered for kids) and fought on phone to bill). Chinese food had no taste. Chef do not understand concept of dry and semi gravy gravy. Did not clean our room tables after food. Probably this property is about to close. My recommendation is not to book this property during your #Khajurao trip.

Hello from Canada! Amazing friendly staff. And absolutely the best food we had in India. Hot showers, clean room, nice big comfortable bed, the temple visits was awesome as well and the guide provided has excellent English and explains everything about the temples!

We family 6 guys stayed there for a night and booked 3 rooms on 16.09.2023. The premises are stunning and beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Food was great and nice hospitality. Garden is sprawling in huge area. Swimming pool area is excellent.

Herirage Hotel. Ambience is Good. Spacious. No Problem for Parking. Rooms are not soacious but nicely mainrained. Washrooms and Housekeeping is upto Mark. Restaurant is Good. Dinning staff is very courteous. Dubey Ji and Team takes care of Guests personaly. I really Aporeciate. Google map does not take directly to Hotel. Google Listing to be updated. Little away from Main Road.

The ***agement of the hotel doesn’t know the meaning if hospitality! They served stale food and didn’t accept that the food had a foul smell! They forced bill us and had to pay for something which was not right.. i would suggest ppl not eat or order anything from restaurant..more over our suit room fridge wasn’t working we had asked them to fix so they staff came n switched it off ( we were ***) the room bathroom Jacuzzi was just fixed like a furniture ( it wasn’t working )

only one night spent there, but it was an excellent option to stay the first bathroom without sewage smell very good room and bed Indian breakfast, but this is a challenge not a problem the hotel is so close to those amazing temples
