基韋斯特馬克爾海濱度假村(The Marker Waterfront Resort Key West)

Muito bom o hotel. Quarto amplo, banheiro amplo e atendimento na recepção e da concierge Sabrina foram excelentes! Gostamos muito!

El hotel muy buen ubicado, las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas. El restaurante bueno y agradable. El ares de las albercas muy bien.

There is no room service, and AC wasn’t working properly, can not adjust the temperature, therefore we had to shorten our trip.

Disappointed in the room. The maid service would come around 5pm when we were trying to shower and go out for the evening. Soap in shower empty for 2 days. Lots of hair on floor in bathroom

Loud… music at the pool made relaxing during the day in the room impossible! You can also hear much noise from the hallway, people in the room overhead walking & even an unfortunate loud snorer in the next room. Resort fees are extremely high for what is offered!

The trip was nice. Staff was nice and professional. We did mention the shower floor condition was not good, and they removed the resort fee for the stay. They mentioned they are going thru come updates in the bathrooms and redoing the grout and caulking and tried to clean the floor as best they could. The bed was a little hard and may need to be changed in the very near future.

This Hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and the boat terminal. Staff was helpful. I expected better for the price, and the resort fee is a joke at $50 per night. The room has a coffee maker, but I had to ask for pods. I had to ask to have the bath gel refilled in our room. No towels at the serenity pool, my husband went to ask for some and they said they we will bring you some...60 plus minutes later they brought some. I mention these small things because that's why you pay a resort fee. They were very helpful arranging a taxi for us. Not sure I would stay here again.

Nice place but overpriced. The walls between rooms are so thin that you can hear the neighbours talking. The ac thermostat didn’t work properly. It was either on full blast or off.
