水手俱樂部拉戈島加勒比亞島酒店(Mariner's Club Key Largo)

I stayed in unit 703 and believe the condo was bugged. When I presented facts and photos to General Manager ************ which substantiated why we knew we were being watched and/or listened to, I was promised a full explanation and never got one. After numerous phone calls and emails, no response. Our place was most definitely entered by someone with children without our permission and they knew exactly when we were not going to be there. I do not recommend these condos - and if you have a problem they will not even address you or call you back. GM ************ is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I am reporting to the BBB.

We stayed in Unit 512 at Mariner's Club in Key Largo. This is the second time we've stayed there and we absolutely loved it. The unit was super clean, smelled great, and had every amenity we could ask for including a bidet! It had a full kitchen which allowed us to not have to eat out at every meal. It is the closest unit at Mariner's club to the large pool. It's steps away from the sand and pool so we could watch the kids swim and play while we sat on the patio and had coffee or drinks! We've recently gotten into pickleball and there are pickleball courts on the property and our unit came stocked with paddles and balls! There is even a marina on site and a pool that's open until 11pm. Keys Caribbean was wonderful and even had the unit set up with snacks which was a nice surprise. We absolutely loved it and already booked our return trip!

There were very few people staying here this particular week. That made it very nice. We had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves, very nice. The same applied to restaurants, no waiting and excellent service & food. Only issue we have was the master bathroom toilet seat was not attached and we could not attach it. A one floor layout would have been better too.

We had a fabulous time in condo #136! It was a 3 bedroom condo with a couple of futons and HUGE couch. We had 2 families which included a teenage girl and 3 teenage boys. This place was immaculate, everything worked, and they amenities at the resort were fabulous. June is an off peak time so it was very quiet. If looking for a quiet place, I’d stay again. With a family of teenagers I’d probably choose a different place in the keys where there are more ‘fun’ things to choose from. This place would be perfect for young kids. We still had a wonderful time. 5 stars for sure!

Upon arrival there were 3 roaches visible in the unit. Management was supposed to stop by to take care of the issue but I don’t believe that they did. Carpets were filthy and smelled like mold. White socks were black within minutes. Sofa bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. The unit was very well stocked and all appliances worked well but the gas grill did not work. There was an electric grill to replace it, but it took a long time to cook on it and was definitely not the same as the gas grill. We did like the fact that there was plenty of room for all and a fridge on two of the 3 floors. Next door had outdoor patio sets but our unit did not. It did, however have a patio set on the second floor patio but unfortunately the furniture is falling apart. The pool (although not private) was very clean and well kept. Would probably find a different place for our stay next time.

I made a reservation for Mariners Club Key Largo with *******, but then realized my mistake and canceled within 30 minutes. When I received my credit card bill I noticed their charge and called to have them reverse the error. The Mariners Club still charged a $75 fee--when no damage was done on their part, and they would not reverse. Really? Beware of booking with this location, who knows what other hidden 'fees' they will pile on without your knowledge.

We had a lovely stay in Mariner's Club #513. It is a nicely decorated 3 bedroom unit (2 ensuite bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a Murphy bed) conveniently located near the zero entry pool and sandy beach area. Nice back porch area with plenty of comfortable furniture to seat on and relax. Washer and dryer are an added convenience. Less than a 90-minute drive from the Miami airport. Grocery store nearby along with many restaurants. We reserved the condo through VRBO. There were a few very minor maintenance issues that we reported to the management company after our stay.

Keys Caribbean's sent me an email upon reservation that said the cancellation policy would have been verbally communicated over the phone at the time of reservation. I was not told it during the reservation so I called and was told a date. I cancelled by that date and requested a refund for the 1st payment that had already been billed. They refused and said the rule was 30 days - despite it being communicated otherwise. A few days later I was billed the remaining amount. I have now lost $3500 and they have re-rented the unit for the time I originally rented it. Management refuses to answer my emails or phone calls. Do not risk booking with this company. Their reputation is terrible and you risk ruining your vacation.

Wayyyyyyyyy overrated....wayyyyyyy overpriced.....rude people from the security gate and it ONLY starts there...... GET YOURSELF a holiday Inn for real.....no food...no drinks...too many rules. Felt like a retirement home center. Improve you guys...yuck!
