溪街賓館(Inn at Creek Street)

Austin went above & beyond to pick us up, get us settled in & return us to ferry next day. Awesome view of wayer. Just great experience

Had a great stay in a very nice room in one of the authentic buildings at creek street. It was super convenient to have the airport transfer, callable from the airport phone. And great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay, very homey and comfortable unit. Could see seals feasting on salmon right outside my window; would come back here in a heartbeat!

What a gem! The woman that picked us up from the airport was seemingly the only one on staff, but she went over the top to help us! Context: I am on a trip with my 4 year old daughter. We flew into Ketchikan for a couple days and we are taking the ferry back to the lower 48. 1. I called the shuttle while on the ferry from the airport as they suggested. The shuttle was there within 2 minutes of us unloading from the ferry. She was also the shuttle driver. 2. She made great conversation during the shuttle ride. Pointing out some great restaurants and local attractions around the area. 3. She upgraded our room, to give us a view, free of charge. (One of the upsides of visiting during the slow season) 4. I inquired if they had laundry facilities. They didn’t “technically”, but gave me the code for housekeeping washer and dryer. She showed me where the soap and dryer sheets were. 5. She showed us to our room, asked if we would like sheets for the fold out couch and went and got some. I cannot recommend a stay here enough! I would give this place 6 stars if possible!

The Inn at Creek Street is the BEST location in Ketchikan. Walkable to everything "downtown" and near some amazing dining options. The creek itself is entertaining with wildlife all hours of the day. Something to note is there are separate buildings for the rooms. Depending on which building you are in, it may be a farther walk and in a sketchier place than others. As a solo female travel, I have previously loved staying in the New York Hotel as the entrance is secure and the walk to get there is off a main street. I did not feel as safe staying in the Star House. I had to go through two alleys and up a back set of stairs to get to my room. Not a big deal if you are with other people (or not a solo female traveler), but I will definitely be requesting a different room in the future.

This is a lovely inn on the bay, near the cruise ship pier. The inn is comprised of several historic buildings with different names. I stayed in the “New York Hotel” portion of the Inn at Creek Street. Niles, the manager-on-duty, picked me up from the airport ferry, gave a thorough description of the Inn and the history of Ketchikan. My room faced the bay, with sail boats and a cruise ship. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessities (including a Keurig). It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Inn at Creek Street!

Had to cancel reservation. Our client could not do stairs. She was put in a different older building with no elevator. We wanted her in the newer building. When making reservations it did not state what rooms are in what building.

Our check in was fast and courteous. Jessica at the front desk was delightful. The hotel was built in approximately 1919. An older building with a lot of charm. We loved the antique furniture and the old timey vibe. Several shops on the “Creek” are within easy walking distance. Most of Ketchikan is also an easy walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying here. Will come back again.

Poured rain the whole stay..the room was absolutely comfortable, great location in town. Wonderful staff and owner.
