這是我在使用凱諾拉的其他幾家酒店後第一次住在這個位置。房間很好，除了房間的清潔工作做得不好，因為地毯上仍然有污垢，而且當我到達那裡時，迷你冰箱/冰櫃並不冷。但讓我給他們差評的原因是我付了一間帶早餐的房間，當我登記入住時詢問早餐什麼時候供應時，我被告知沒有早餐，因為他們的供應用完了。我明確表示這並不令人滿意，但櫃枱工作人員告訴我，他會打電話給我，讓我知道可以做什麼，但從未做過。早上沒有早餐，這是我預訂這家酒店的原因之一，因為我要出去一整天，出門前需要一頓豐盛的早餐。同樣，如果我知道沒有早餐，我會在其他地方預訂更便宜的不包括早餐。還有另一對夫婦和我同時退房，出於同樣的原因，他們很不高興。

It’s ironic that this hotel is called “ the comfort inn “ because their AC’s did not work,The room smelled like grease and when I complained the staff was very rude and said that it’s not their problem. I would urge anyone who would like a decent hotel experience to boycott this hotel as consumers we have the choice to somewhere we are respected.

Be prepared for extra unexpected charges if you bring a pet. We paid extra in advance to have a “pet friendly” room. Then the hotel charged extra on top when we checked out for having a pet. Desk staff were rude when I questioned being charged twice for the same thing.

Beautifully renovated, like a brand new hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to eats and very, very clean! We had been on. Cross Ontario road trip and this was our first reprieve from less than ideal accommodations.

someone banging on the wall or door was trying to be opened on the adjoining door in my room at 350am then i could not fall back to sleep so we just went down and had breakfast at 630am
