La entrada al hotel tarde por falla del sistema y el personal un poco lento. Ya había estado aquí antes y todo había estado super bien. Hoy no lo fue pero seguramente mi siguiente visita sea mejor.

The coffee pot had a short, the carpet was dirty and the hotel was overall old and run down. The shower leaked, the outlets in the lamp were loose, nothing would stay plugged in in the bathroom. Just old.
Bed was comfortable, linens were clean.

Pictures are deceiving. This hotel requires major updates and is overpriced. Close to lots of shopping and dining but is not close to the highway.

Cleaning staff pounds on your door every morning, even if you ask the front desk to please respect the do not disturb sign on the door. I was woken up every morning by a cleaning lady and asked to leave so they could clean, to the point where I had to be rude. Super unprofessional and ridiculous. Got zero restful sleep at this hotel. You get what you pay for I guess.

Cleanliness of guest rooms is questionable. Carpets look old and dirty as if they have not been washed since they were installed. Mattress was uncomfortable, would wake up with backache.

Bed wasn’t bad, room was clean. Hot tub and pool were both open. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fair for the price. Great front desk. Perfect location. Very dated, but clean. It worked for what we needed. If you need up to date decor or fancy soap stau some where else.

Poor breakfast selection. Prior guest left a honey shrimp that maid overlooked on the floor. Bed was very comfortable and excellent service with front desk.
