We stayed for relaxation. Room was not really clean. Closet door was hanging off. Hot water nozzle was tampered with so you couldn’t turn the water to hot. Not kept up. No continental breakfast. We left and went to another hotel.

Advertising room service but there was no room service. Heaters in room were so loud, you couldn’t watch tv.

Wonderful place & front desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Always stay here when we come to Kennewick! Clean & great location. Pool too!

Love that it was very pet friendly though it is with a non refundable deposit, it’s worth it the area is clean and the space is nice.

The front desk staff was very kind. Really liked that there was a restaurant and bar and it was nice and affordable

Hot tub not working. Bed number setting not working. Everything else was good.

I booked a king room. After booking I called the hotel because I need to be on the first floor due to a disability. When I spoke to the hotel they said they had one last room on the first floor and they would reserve it for us. I arrived at the hotel and was told (1) there were zero king rooms available and (2) the open double queens were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. WHAT?! It was almost midnight, we were exhausted from a long drive and needed rest. We eventually came to an agreement to stay in the double Queen accessible room on the first floor. The room was…fine. Until the air conditioner kicked on at 1am. It filled the entire room with a musty body odor smell. It was awful. We were exhausted and already in bed and knew there were no other rooms that could accommodate us. We stayed. In the morning we spoke to a manager, Kylie, who apologized for the inconvenience but said since we booked through ******* there was nothing she could do about it and recommended we contact *******. Called ******* who said they had to call the hotel. They offered 20% off. Over $200 for one night stay in a smelly, dank room and they offer 20%? No satisfaction guarantee? We are on the road and would’ve appreciated a complimentary night to make up or a refund or anything more than that. Nope. Even had Kylie call the general manager. 20% is all they would do and ******* said they could do nothing else. I could’ve stayed in a musty king bed in another hotel for half the price.

Great hotel. Clean, nice. Great staff. Short walk to Toyota Center.

Much better than anticipated dinner in the small restaurant in the hotel lobby. Just had simple salads, but they were clearly prepared with a lot of care, with fresh ingredients. Nice, attentive service.
