Nice front desk Décor reminiscent of 1980-ugly mismatched furnishings Tub water did not drain Toilet paper dispenser broken Refrigerator not working

The younger girls at the front desk were the most friendliest and helpful. I was very impressed with their attitudes and personality. However the guy upon checkout lacked in personality and approachability. A lady came in who was elderly .. as I was checking out and she was asking for a brochure to take him bc her family was looking for a hotel in near future. He actually laughed when she asked him stating no one does that anymore.. he did not offer the website as an alternative in fact he mentioned other hotels besides this one! SMH

We use this location every year on trip to Florida. Very close to exit but not right next to freeway noise. Walk across road to Mexican restaurant was perfect this year! We leave early in AM to miss crazy Atlanta traffic. Ideal in so many ways. Many restaurants, Costco, Whole Foods and car wash all within a mile from hotel.

Hands down…one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I stayed at The Residence Inn Brunswick for 2 days before staying at this one and let me tell you..#HugeDifference…Do yourself a favor and stay at Hilton Garden Inn!!!!

Facilities are older and needing some sprucing up. Front desk staff very good. Bath room clean. Floors in bedroom area felt sticky.

The Hilton Garden inn was very clean, staff friendly, and the food at their restaurant was good. Had full bar as well. It is pet friendly which is a plus for us! We liked it so much that we will stay here on our return trip!

I didnt really enjoy my stay. First i requested extra pillows rhat i didnt get. Next the policy of not allowing a door dash deluvery to my room really sucks and ill never stay anywhere again that has that policy. I thought the room was outdated and not really comfortable and the tv set up with basic cable and the most aggravating remote control ever. I mean the sign on your building isnt even lite up.

Our family has been staying at this hotel for many years, driving from FL to OH in the summer and at Chris**as. The hotel is the best in the area. There are great dining options, and the homemade breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, showers are refreshing, and we always know we will be comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. A

Everything was great except the thermostat would not go below 72 degrees and I couldn’t sleep well
