凱爾索朗維尤舒眠酒店(Sleep Inn Kelso Longview)

I really liked how clean the room and building was. The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely book a room there again. I had stayed in that building when it was super 8 , now that its sleep inn its nicer cleaner amd the staff is polite and nicer.

Located in a safe area the lobby and rooms were very clean and up to date. The pool was out of service. We could not find an ice machine and we were told it was broken as well.

One of the best nights of sleep I had all week during my trip. The temperature of the room, the amenities, the shower, the bedding… everything was perfect! A serious gem for people looking for a great night of sleep. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise also.

I've stayed at this hotel various times over the last 20 plus years. And it had gotten a bit run down. They've recently finished a major remodel and wow, what a difference. Everything is new, from the beds, to the carpets, to the decor. They did a great job of revitalizing an old property. It is now better than the Red Lion across the parking lot. Great staff too.

Ridiculous that there was zero advanced warning of the pool and hot tub being closed. Those were the main reasons I chose the hotel. Also, no phones in the rooms. Check out online said 12pm noon, but the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 10:21am and told me I needed to leave by 11am. So why the knock on the door THAT EARLY? At least the AC worked...What a waste of money.

This hotel is located next to a busy interstate. The (new) windows are not sufficiently soundproofed and we could not sleep because of the constant noise. Also, the Wi-fi stopped working. The hotel is being renovated and we were told our room had been recently completed. A shame they didn't take the opportunity to invest in suitable soundproofing.

Good value for your money. Breakfast was good, many options. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Even with construction on the floor above, the room was quiet. Elevator was handy.

The room was smelly and dirty. Coffee pot didn't work. The staff at check in she was very rude. The toilet leaked I had to stick a towel around it. The bathroom floor was very dirty and the light made a loud buzzing noise

The front desk attendant was rude and not helpful at all. I was in 3 different rooms. The first room the toilet would not flush and there was NO soap in the bathroom. The 2nd room I was in there was a puddle of water in the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with a towel and it formed again. I tried to see where the water was coming from and could not tell. Packed everything up again and went back to the same rude attendant and she threw the new key card on the counter for the 3rd room. The hotel is old and not kept up. Dirty carpets and trim. I will not ever be going there again
