湖畔度假酒店(The Cove Lakeside Resort)

The hotel and mostly the cleanness was perfect, but the front desk staff for morning awful, we went for check in 1 hour early and it wasn’t weekend and I reserved a luxury suit to have a good ecut here and I asked please give us a suit on 4th floor, the front desk staff said give a minute to check for availability, after 1 minutes he said there is no suit available but 1 suit at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wondered how is that possible, there wasn’t so much people in hotel and parking, so I had to say ok, and at evening until 11 pm I realized there wasn’t any room with lights on, at 4th floor on so it was pretty obvious they were lying and it was so much disrespectful and disappointing for me, I hope they read this, and at the end and after all the cleanses was perfect.( he ruined my 1th anniversary)

We always stay here when we go to Kelowna. I've always been satisfied, but this time I was really disappointed. First of all, the biggest reason is that the swimming pool is not available. At the time of my reservation, there was no notice anywhere that the pool was unavailable. In the email from expidia after reservation, there was a message that a resort fee for the peak season would be incurred from June 1st, and there was a message that the resort fee would use the swimming pool. It's May now, so I only knew there was no resort fee, and I didn't know that the pool wasn't available. If the pool is unavailable, it should have been announced at the time of booking. There was no message on either the resort site or the reservation site that the pool was currently unavailable. I told the front desk clerk about this but only that the pool will be available from June 1st. He was kind but not helpful to our request. The room was clean and nice, but this system gave us a very disappointing trip

We had a beautiful stay and breathtaking views! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! The resort had a lot to offer. They had one restaurant and the food was delicious! I have a severe, not allergy and they were very accommodating. Look like they had a lot to do for children, we will definitely be back to take our family there.

This place was absolutely amazing. We got a free room upgrade and it was outstanding. We will be bringing our family here soon. Or we may just enjoy it for ourselves. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, both for work, and both stays were excellent. Each stay was only for one night, I just wish I could have more time in the area to properly enjoy it. I'd highly recommend it. Very nice rooms and extremely quiet when I've stayed.
