考納斯維多利亞酒店(Victoria Hotel Kaunas)

My second time staying in the Victoria hotel. I would say last year I had better expiriance. Room I get this time was not the same as previos time. Stil Breakfast was good, location is good.

Great hotel overall, just customer services must be improved!!!

Cumplía bien mis previsiones, todo bien, desayuno bueno. Perfecto para qued**** en Kaunas con vuelos que lleguen tarde.

Hotelli oli hyvätasoinen ja rauhallinen. Myös sijainti oli erinomainen.

Большой удобный номер! Хороший шведский стол на завтрак.Приятный и обходительный персонал. Отличное расположение отеля - недалеко акрополис,а так же Лайсвес алея и старый город. Можно везде ходить пешком. Небольшой минус - бесплатный паркинг который закреплен за отелем,чуток в сторонке. За то в выходные дни можно оставлять машину на паркинге у отеля забесплатно

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war wunderbar, wenn die Klimaanlage nur leiser wäre. Es wird explizit darum gebeten, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht abzuschalten und keine Fenster zu öffnen. - In der zweiten Nacht haben wir beides getan und es war gut so. Frühstück war bestens, Service auch.

We stepped into an unassuming hotel, its exterior not particularly impressive. Yet, once inside, we were greeted by a delightful courtyard and the tasteful conversion of a historic building into a modern hotel. Its location couldn't have been better, nestled near the sports arena, the Acropolis shopping mall and charming, tree-lined pedestrian streets leading to the Old Town. Our dining experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with both dinner and breakfast being very satisfactory. In fact, the Pork Ribs surpassed our expectations, making it a definite highlight of our visit. Additionally, the hotel room was large and maintained impeccable cleanliness, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating towards us.

The hotel is freezing cold. Having a meal in the restaurant or having breakfast is something you do as quick as possible because the temperature there is freezing. It's impossible to enjoy a meal or a drink there. Even the staff seem to be cold and have blankets over their shoulders. Don't the managers get that it's normal to have the heating on in the winter? It's not possible to enjoy some time in the room unless you're in a thick pyjamas under the blanket - if you are lucky enough to be alone to be alone and can take the blanket from the other bed.

Very clean hotel. The breakfast is extremely good. Very nice room, spacious even had 2 toilets, very clean and provided with all supplies like tooth brush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, brushes etc. very close to Akropolis shopping centre and also the train station. Very well priced.
