I was disappointed in the front counter staff after I told them there was a mess in the elevator and they sent no one to clean it up. After 30 minutes it was still there and I found the janitor. The mess was chocolate mousse or something on the carpet. Looked disgusting but maybe it wasn't. The janitor was very appreciative.

We asked three separate times to have our room on a different floor (even prior to arriving). No one addressed our concerns or came up with a solution.
Two nights of loud partying next door and sleepless nights despite our efforts to talk to management and security

Great experience. Most of the time there was not many towels in the pool area. Children were leaving the pool area with no towel due to the lack of towels available. Overall great experience and staff were lovely to speak to and very accommodating.

The best thing about my stay was the staff, in particular Paul who was at the front desk. I landed in Ottawa at 9:00AM after catching a red eye and needed to clean up, they allowed me to check in early and ensured I had everything I needed while also being friendly and funny. I travel to Ottawa about once a quarter for business meetings and this has been my best experience in the last year by far. Paul, job well done, I will see you soon.

What I didn’t like was at 12:20 am I had to get dressed and go down and complain (I was in room 306) about the music which was coming from the banquet facilities. It was ridiculous, but the fellow at the front desk did get it to stop. There is no way I was the only one who complained.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and very attentive. Even the cleaning staff were friendly an personable.
Our room was very spacious and clean and I will definitely staff here again.

We were put on a floor with an entire youth hockey team and their drunk parents. They were noisy, played football in the hallway, raced the desk chair up and down the hallway. I had to go down to the front desk twice as the phone kept giving a busy signal.

The room was very clean. However, the room was too expensive for what was offered. The room was quite barren — no robes (as were advertised), no menu or common hospitality guide in the room. Also, only liquid soap. The restaurant, Grafitti’s, needs help. The front staff were very kind and helpful.
