Such a gorgeous room! Service is A-1...we're very impressed with the accommodations. This hotel is definitely recommended for all (especially couples).

There was an issue with my room and the unsafe/unhealthy used syringe found by my bed. I found that when we returned late last night after my performance at the Jungle, otherwise I would not have stayed there at all. I believe that a "discount" of $40.OO does NOT even touch the point of fulfilling the Radisson's promise and "pledge of Cleanliness". I requested the hotel management to follow up and find a more amenable solution to convince me to ever return there.

There was construction and we were not informed while booking. There was drilling and hammering happening at 7.45 am on Friday morning and we flew in from CA so it was 4.45am for us. The management washed their hands off and did not do anything about it. They offered us free coffee which we could get free in the room anyway. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. The comstruction wil go on for 2 more years at least so dont stay here until then. The hotel Itself was really good and the toom was very nice.

We were told at check-in the property was being renovated. Thought nothing of it but quickly realized our room was clearly one that needed to be redone. The carpet in our bedroom was soiled with stains and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny with a shower with very little power. Our toilet wouldn't flush and my husband had to fix the handle. The amenities seemed cheap as well and the lighting lacking. The entire vibe of the decor is drab. My husband and I couldn't wait to get out. By morning the room smelled like cigarette smoke as did the hallway. We are surprised at the good reviews and while normally never write such a negative review, this hotel is one we'd never return to.

I was excited to stay here as it seemed like a pretty nice hotel for Kalamazoo, but was disappointed. The largest issue is they have construction starting at 8am. My job required me to get to the hotel at 1:30am and getting to sleep in was pretty the only thing I wanted out of the stay. They started drilling and hammering the wall attached to my room at 8am. I called down to complain and they said they told me at check in, which they didn't, but did see in the automatic text I was sent 10 minutes after I checked it, it was mentioned, but at that point, what was I going to do? Check out? Nothing was done to ask them to keep it down. Also, smallest bathroom ever. I'm a small person and it was tight for me.

Best location, clean, three restaurants, with two offering room service, friendly and helpful staff and valets

Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and food was delicious. Great experience!

Nice property, wish room and bathroom was bigger. Convenient access to shops and restaurants. Would have liked for reception desk to assist with restaurant booking

Very nice location, checkin was great, house keeping staff is a little over zealous for check out, they started knocking on the door at 9am, again at 945, called at 1130 then knocked again at 1145..
