Check in took 15 minutes because the person in front of us was having issues and there was a line at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes for a 3-minute check-in. Also coffee was $4.25 so we left early. One more thing - the toilets make so much noise you can here everyone flush in the rooms next door. Disappointed. Will not stay here again.

The air conditioner turned on and off constantly. Finally turned it off in order to sleep. The in room refrigerator made significant noise which kept me awake. The facility seemed nice overall, but the issues with my room created a much lower rating.

Restaurant and bar staff are incredibly rude and negligent. Pool/hot tub had 0 towels and was very dirty.. almost a trip and im on the ground level tucked all the way in the back of the hotel next to a room filled with screaming children. They stay was horrible and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Only redeeming quality was the front desk staff, they were tentative and professional. To go into further detail on the restaurant staff, we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, 30 minutes after it opened.. when we reached the tables finally, they were all gross and sticky, none washed. Then we saw the food prices, completely turned off from how gross it was. The waitress then proceeded to make comment as we left to bar staff over how "These kids come in and see the prices and say, "f--- no". No, it wasnt your prices, it was your cleanliness and attitude. Would never recommend, we were heavily insulted and felt uncomfortable to come back for breakfast.

Employee did not show up to prepare breakfast! Restaurant was closed! Room cleanliness was ok. Beds were comfortable. Hotel cleanliness was poor. Front desk staff was very nice.

Since I booked with *******,. I was not able to use the pool or get a continental breakfast. Just the room. It was saddening and the lobby room was also closed due to COVID. Very disappointed 😞☹️

staff was grate but water in da pool was cold tv on one of rooms didn’t work i just went for the hot tub it wasn’t available i could not cancel my reservation

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the pool area was under renovation for our stay so we didn’t get to use it.

Wish that the pool was warm and the hot tub was working. We were looking forward to it.

Forgot something and they called me right away to let me know they had it and would ship it to me. Excellent service!
