喬普林伊克諾套房旅館(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Joplin)

Very clean room with a great view.

Was dinjy and smelled of milldew. The lady working front counter was very friendly.

This was not the best experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were small and unsupported. It was a cold night and the controls on the Heat/AC unit were broken. The only thing we could do not to freeze was to turn it off. We stayed here a year ago and it was a much better experience. We will consider other options next time.

The hotel isn't maintained. 1 lamp out of 3 had a working light bulb. The indoor hot tub was drained for good because of tenants doing laundry in it. Computer center was closed because someone stole parts of the computers, and they're not fixing them. The room was dirty. Dead bugs in the shower. Our room had hardwood floors that had not swept or mopped. I wish I would have read reviews before choosing this hotel.

One of my rooms had an unuseable commode - it would not flush! My other room had these little ants all over/in everything!

Shower was always cold, water didnt get Hot for 3 days i was there. Not even luke warm, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

There was a homeless girl in the lobby at check-in, which made my kids uncomfortable, we didn’t have bedding or pillows for the pull-out couch, only one set of towels, and the room smelled musty. The hallway smelled of pot as we walked to our room, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing and there wasn’t a hair dryer.

It was very low keep. The stink was bad. The shower was gross. The bed was so hard i slept on the floor. The noise was crazy loud. Swimming pool and spa gross. Sorry just being honest.

We checked in promptly at 3:00 pm after driving all day and looking forward to a hot shower and short nap before a nice meal. we were promptly told that our room was not ready yet. we sat in the lobby and waited. soon another patron came in and was told that his room was also not ready. after more than an hour we finally got to our room. decided to go to the hot tub for a while. what a surprise to find that you had to parade through the lobby and outside the building (in freezing weather no less) to access the " indoor pool area" then reverse the trip while soaking wet! What a JOKE, would have been nice to known that while booking! The facilities are very run down and in need if repair, there were cigarette burn marks all over the top of the acrylic bathtub and a big what appeared to be a cigarette burn hole in one of the bed spread. No coffee, cream, sugar, cups in room, That being said, the staff were very friendly and responsive trying to do the best that they could, obviously embarrassed by the lack of owner/manager support! to run the place correctly. What a shame that some one could own such a nice facility and building and allow it to become so run down!!!
