喬利埃特西 I-80 舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Joliet West I-80)

No frills, nothing fancy here. Standard clean hotel close to I-80. It’s a place to shower, sleep, have some breakfast and leave. There is a gym, I don’t remember if there is a pool (in case you’re into that). Plenty of places to eat lunch and dinner, including a decent pub-style restaurant right across the parking lot. Prices are fair. Overall good stay.

Weve been here all weekend due to job change. This is always our first choice hotel to stay in while in Joliet. For as much as we are here you would think we would get a discount after so many stays lol. Nice location, plenty of dining places around, a few in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. For the most part it's pretty quiet in our rooms, occasionally youll have a rude guest that doesnt know how to quietly close there door. With it being a pet hotel, i wish they would consider making some of these rooms with just hardwood floors for pets. Carpeting is such a bad idea with a pet hotel.

We stay here often when we are in this area, our trucking terminal is only a five minute ride from here. We have booked two different rooms on different times. I prefer a king sized bed for us and the puppies on the second floor because then we dont get the noise of people stomping around all night. Two out of our three puppies are service dogs so the pet fee is waived otherwise it is $20 per pet per stay. This is a very pet friendly hotel and no rooms are pet restricted as i was informed from the girl at the front desk that works night shift. So if you want a big room with a jacuzzi tub, its only $20 more than booking a regular room. I really wish they would bring back the old shower heads though. The one that was installed in the rooms we stayed in have a rotating center piece in the shower and it seems like the pressure doesnt do to good with this type of shower head. Personally, i perfer to be able to soak in a hot bath most days i come off the road to relax the muscles and aches, but each is to there own. We will always be returning customers to this location.

Hotel seems dated. Front desk person needs to know more about possible restaurant options nearby

The walls were spotted with non-decorative repair material The carpet smelled yucky The TV remote was fussy The desk staff were not rude, but not friendly

Shower head and bathtub drain had mold all over it. Areas of the carpet was wet. Drawers had dirt (!?) and crumbs in them, found blood stain on sheets & even the tv had a snowy picture! We arrived mid-evening so dropped our bags and went to eat. Returned & went straight to bed. Sick to my stomach when I saw the condition of this room when we got up this morning.

Sink was not stable. Dirty sheets. Tv not clear. Some outlets does not work. The clock was not working right, could not set the alarm. The workout room was closed.

Under remodeling and I wasn’t told that when I booked!

Easily located right off of I-80 after a busy day of travel. Good parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. A sports bar across the parking lot. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Not sure how the breakfast is yet until morning.
