Excellent location. 10min to airport by free shuttle that runs every 30min. Friendly staff from reception to porter to shuttle driver. Hotel is beautiful, lovely opulent decor. Bed massive, delux comfort. Mattress and pillows just perfect. Bathroom very roomy with shower and bath, nice bath amenities. Will definately stay again.

Good value for money! However, the room didn’t have an AC and it was hella hot

Located at 73 Gladiator St, Kempton Park, Gauteng, 1619, South Africa Premier Hotel is convenient for people who are often late for almost everything because it is quite close to the Airport with free airport shuttle services every 30 minutes. Every staff member I encountered received me warmly and also ensured that my stay was pleasant. I absolutely enjoyed the fresh and flavourful Greek salad I ordered through room service. They prepared it after I ordered it therefore delivery wasn’t speedily. I had a lovely stay and made it on time for my flight.

Stayed at the Premier Hotel for a night as I was transferring from Johannesburg to Durban. The airport is a 5 minute drive to the OR Tambo International airport. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using their free Airport shuttle service . Hotel has AC and WiFi , and a restaurant with great food.

Irs a great hotel at a perfect location closer to the airport. Breakfast was ok, a buffet . They also had dinner. Should you feel like you need a massage, look no further they also ha e a Spa on their forth floor. I will definitely come back , I had a nice stay here.

Perfect stop if you have long layover. They provide shuttle from hotel to airport. Breakfast is good. Room is quite big and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is also 24 hours food service. Overall worth the money

I am very disappointed in the hotel staff. First i arrive at the airport then called the hotel reception to ask where can i wait for the shuttle to pick me up as the hotel offers free pick up from the airport.The reception said they dont know when i exit the airport i must take a right and wait there the shuttle will arrive every quarter too and past . i waited over an hour for the shuttle ,i called the hotel 3 times they couldnt help . so i asked someone at the airport he said i should wait at the bus and mini bus station which i went too and found the shuttle (how the reception doesnt know to tell the guest this i dont know). i finally got to my bed and wanted to relax and watch tv yet to realize my tv speakers are broken doesnt play any sound. so then i ordered room service i got a chicken and mayo sandwich ,kingklip fish and a fruit salad . The food took over one and a half hours so i called the resturant to ask no one answered then called reception. reception called me back and said the food is coming now . The food was ice cold the bread on the sandwich was dried out and hard for waiting to long the kingkilp was the same . the waiter put the food on my desk then left . i went to go eat it to find out also there was no cutlury so i quickly ask the waiting to bring it as he was just outside the door he said ok. i waited another 15 minutes for it to realize he forgot again . i couldnt wait as it was late and had a flight to catch in the morning so i had to eat all 3 dishes with my hands . luckily i ordered the fruit salad with no ice cream . for such a class of a hotle i expected a lot more. very disappointed.
