The hotel is good but bit overpriced compare to the other same category hotels in this price range . Though The staff is helpful. The breakfast spread is sufficiently nice. Good non veg options in the menu. Eggs to order available. Rooms are clean, washrooms are also clean.

Pessimo hotel, appena entri in reception ti accorgi che c'è qualcosa che non va. Wafi praticamente assente nelle camere. Ambiente vecchio e molto sporco. Già nei corridoi senti odore. Ci era stata assegnata una " suite" nella quale non sono riuscita ad entrare tanta era la puzza che mi è venuto un clonato di vomito. Ci hanno dato una camera più piccola, odore lì non ce n'era ma era comunque sporca, il bagno poi non parliamone. Ci siamo rifiutate di cenare lì, e la nostra agenzia per scusarsi ci ha portato a cena fuori. Per la colazione ho chiesto dell'acqua calda per il thè ma quando me l'hanno versata sono usciti tanti cosini neri che non so cosa fossero, perciò niente colazione. Abbiamo chiesto quante stelle fossero e ci hanno confermato 4/5, massimo una stella!

hotel adatto a una clientela indiana , infatti la prima colzione non ha praticamente nulla di internazionale , personale di sala praticamente inesistente . Bagno pulito ma vecchiotto , camera almeno silenziosa , la terrazza arredata che si vede nelle foto non esiste , c'e' solo un terrazzo abbandonato , sporco e abitato dai piccioni , le scale per salirci sono sporche e abbandonate, vi abbiamo trovato diversi piatti di cibo ritirati dalle camere e lasciati li .....

Une nuit début mai 2023. Accueil professionnel mais chambre sale et négligée. Wifi quasi inexistant. Bonne climatisation. Pas de bruit. Très bon repas le soir mais catastrophique petit déjeuner (peut-être trop matinal?). Bref pour une nuit si rien d'autre.

Very poor ***agement. They ask guest and people coming for interviews to go and park in front of neighbours house. When neigbour complains they are unable to find the owner of the car and sit and argue with the neighbour. Like what can I do if someone parked ? Their ***ger(s) also do not respond to calls. The front desk has a standard response saying they are looking into it but no action is taken at all. The security also site inside and does nothing to ***age parking. When told he walks to the other corner of the building as if he is deaf and dumb. They just sit their to collect money from customer. The cab/taxi drivers are also not provided any parking they have to go and stand in front of neighbours house. Any customer should verify the parking before booking into this hotel. Not sure how they got their hotel license without having proper parking and depending on area in front of neighbourhood houses for parking. The taxi/cab drivers are also dirty - they clean their cars in front of neighbourhoud houses. If they could they would take bath on the road. They dry their dirty cloths and under garments on the car and bus hood. This hotel encourages customers to park in front of residents house and not providing parking to customers and taxi/cab drivers. Not checking where the custmer has parked and creating problems in society.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Today my job training has been completed or We are verry happy that we got the opportunity to train in a group like The Fern recidency Jodhpur Rajasthan. Every month HR Mr. ***jeet also does training and corporate, We get more HR then the institute. Got to training, We chat. Such training or HR should be there in all hotels.

I visited with my family, location was good my family very much likes it. Food was good service was good specially Suresh and *****. Their ***ager with glasses (don't know the name)was also good helps us to choose items. Overall good stay and highly recommended.

Bedsheets & pillows were very dirty. Also in such a cold weather they are not providing water heating kettle in rooms and call themselves a 3 star hotel. The food is nice but apart from that nothing is worth the price. I never come in this Hotels
