Our business deal went on extremely well, sincerely I least expected everything to gone on well, from the point of entering the gate to meeting the intended individuals, these people are excellent, there wasn't alot of beaurcracy involved. Thank you Nile Village Team

I was treated as a celebrity. The staff kept the fine line between familiarity and harassment. All parts of the hotel extended their subtle, helpful concierge. I was really afforded with a measure of anonymity, a pretense of formality. I was treated with quiet regard and granted special status and access to exclusive amenities. " I will back be back" ... quoting the film star Swazneiger!

Remarquable établissement hôtelier dans un environnement très calme et verdoyant. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment disponible à tout moment pour satisfaire chacun de nos souhaits. Le service en chambre est très apprécié et de toute discrétion. Le restaurant, le bar, la piscine... sont des lieux et moments forts appréciable. Nous avons passé avec ma femme un mémorable séjour et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l'occasion nous est offert lors d'un passage sur Jinja.

The customer service is too poor, we were stranded for almost two hours after check in time, without geting our room. The staff is so rude and care less as if there is no customer care. Can u believe there was no linen and thats the reason given by staff for not providing us room. Also room alloted to us was sold out. They ruin our easter holiday. With great disappointment we left the place. Guys improve on ur service .

I was traveling from Kenya to Uganda by land (as I have many times) and after some visiting in a very rural village stayed at the Nile Village Hotel & Spa. A delightful place (I've stayed there twice before and will again this June with a team of 20 people) to rest, eat good food, and be served by the excellent staff. A great place to stay at a very good price.

The hotel is quite nice. The rooms are beautiful with your own electrical kettle, fridge and a tv. The roos are impressive 10/10. Though the food we ordered took some time yet it was just ribs. Also me and my family were enjoying a evening swim when some lady who I assume is probably the manager chased us from the pool keep in mind it was just like 6pm.

I would rate this hotel 3* max as many things needs improvements. Not much choice in the morning with breakfast buffet. One of the machine in the restaurant make annoying sound every few seconds. Gym is there but 50% of equipment was broken and we couldnt use it! Rooms are ok but nothing special. Bed mattress hard. Window net broken. No nets in bathroom windows. Fortunately AC worked well. No bedside lamp. No plug in the sink. But most frustrating thing was NO WATER FOR MANY HOURS OR VERY LOW PRESSURE!

great ambiance. Rooms are descent and all services are top quality. The warm reception gives a good feel when you just arrive. Fixing of an issue is attended to within the shortest time possible. Beds are smart.

The rooms are spacious ,nice ,and comfy. The breakfast is of a variety . The staff are so welcoming and easy to access on phone. The are very collaborative and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice location in town and in a residential area with limited noice
