如果您乘坐公共交通工具，位置有點遠，但還可以接受。 早上 6 點前台打電話給我們，告訴我們出租車已經到了，儘管我們沒有預訂任何東西，早上當我們還在準備的時候就有人打開了我們的門。我希望他們以後能更加小心。

飯店有非常友善的工作人員，很乾淨，餐廳也很好。

I cannot fault the service, accommodation or menus offered at The Inn. Another return visit from me as it is ideally placed for when I visit family, it feels like my second home when I stay on the island. The rooms are well appointed and one special point to note is that the bath sheets are able to cover even the most generously sized guest.

Ich bin sehr gespalten bei diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist nicht mal einen Stern wert. Alles ist alt und eng. Zusätzlich liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrstraße und es ist extrem laut durch vorbei fahrende Autos. Wir hatten auch noch das Pech, dass direkt unter unserem Fenster der Abzug der Küche war. So hatten wir auch noch den Küchengeruch. Alles sehr unangenehm  Zum anderen ist das Personal aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Essen ist herausragend! Ihr solltet hier unbedingt speisen.

5/5. Amazing hotel and service. The location of this hotel is perfect, just a 10 minute walk into town, but it’s a lovely walk. Up a slight hill, but manageable (especially when the lovely hotel bar is waiting for you!) The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, they are perfect and fantastic and are way above expectations for how reasonable the rates are. But what makes this hotel perfect, is the staff. Jason and Sophia on the reception team are fantastic, Bridget who served us both breakfast and dinner was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Jason helped us with some last minute challenges that we faced and from speaking with EasyJet, Hilton, and other operators involved, Jason was a breath of fresh air. The star of our stay, has to be Delilah. Delilah mentioned that she had been at The INN for just 5 weeks, she welcomed us with her wonderful smile and friendly stories and was there for us whenever we needed her. She’s and absolute star and I’m sure the management team already see this in her. Thank you all, everything was 5* and we will be returning. Top tip; make sure you eat in the hotel! The food is amazing.

A really nice, good value hotel. Not particularly central, but there is a bus stop right across the road that goes straight down to the bus station in 10 minutes - and from there you can get everywhere. The entire staff are professional, friendly and helpful - especially Sophia on Reception who was great. There is a nice a**osphere at the bar, which is comfortable to sit in. Breakfast is generous and there's an ample amount of water/coffee/tea in the room. My room was clean and comfortable. The toilet wasn't working properly, and (the only negative) I had to mention this three times with no resolution. That being said, it was the Easter weekend and the hotel was full so I'm not surprised they couldn't get a plumber in. They let me keep the room for a late check-out by way of compensation. I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a good value, friendly, comfortable hotel.

Some of the staff don’t listen when ordering goods at the bar. Which is a great let down for this lovely hotel. This hotel is situated about ten minutes walk from the main town so you do get the quiet. The rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean, the food in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Jersey overall is quite expensive for food and drinks. However, we booked a three day bus pass for £24 each person and visited the majority of the island.

Had a great few days in Jersey recently. This hotel sets the bar for all medium size hotels. Reception - a genuine welcome with advice, tips and an all round pleasant person 10/10 Bar Staff - friendly, good rapport with locals and hotel guests 10/10 Restaurant Team - every one friendly, helpful and made you feel at home. Not sure how they managed to be so enthusiastic as they served breakfast first thing and were still on duty later for evening dinner.10/10 Chef - I don’t usually eat in the hotel I stay at. Part of the holiday is normally trying some of the local restaurants. Due to poor weather we ate there on the first night . Every course felt like the chef had individually prepped each part of the meal . The vegetable curry was better than anything I have had in an Indian. The beef skewer kebabs were perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfasts were also first class .10/10 Not sure who the manager was as every staff member spoke as if they potentially were. They have certainly assembled a first class team.
