跨海山旅舍(Overlander Mountain Lodge)

The property is on higher level and peaceful location. It had no lift and the room was okay. Room didn't had kettle and the washroom was not that great. It didn't had the air circulation fan and the shower head along with overall washroom was so congested. The temperature of the room wasn't that comforting. It was too hot at the moments. Overall, I would say it was not that great experience for the amount it cost. The staff was friendly though.

No room service whatsoever. No bed made no towels no new coffee. No one comes to room. They don’t have staff

We were there in between Christmas and New Year’s. It was nicely decorated to complement the cozy and rustic theme. It is a nice place for a couple to stay.

The view of the sunrise on the snow capped mountains above the valley. The Chief rock formation towering above the stunning view! Very tentative, staff & servers in the restaurant. Enjoyed relaxing by the soaring fireplace. Rooms were very clean. Relaxing overnight get away.

The view from the dining room of the Rocky Mountains is stunning! Visiting other guests around the wood burning fireplace lends to a Christmas movie feel. New Year's Eve dinner was delicious, the choices appealing to fine diners. The serve staff were friendly and accommodating. A big bonus for me was being able to aquire an electric kettle in our room. I was able to have tea!

The property was easy to get to, and parking was good. Beautiful little log lodge, a little dated-fugs and furnishing, but very clean. Beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable, towels were clean and very soft! A little disappointed in the dinner, super salty. But the restaurant was gracious and removed the meal from the tab.

This is a beautiful property! Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Unfortunately, the walls are so thin so we could hear the neighbours in the next room conversation at speaking level. There was a wedding in the main area that was quiet loud. I hate to complain about this because it is a beautiful venue for a wedding. But the stay wasn’t quite what I had anticipated.

The staff here are excellent. Totally made our stay! It’s so nice to have people who really seem to enjoy their jobs!! Thanks! We will be back.
