Environment is comfort zone in the hotel.....well behaviour of the staff members ( Vinayak and Team).....rooms & food also good.....overall excellence.....we are happy with it... reception area also maintained very clean....reception staff also well behaved.

Things are excellent from the time of check in , food quality is excellent , staff is soo cooperative. Highly recommended good service namrata & asif they are soo cooperative . Fitness centre is awesome at a very prime location. ………………………….

Vinayak and team did a great job to make us feel comfortable and homely... They are very well behaved, polite and also friendly to us.... I visited here from Ranchi and I felt very relaxed and you can also feel this relaxation by coming here...

My experience at Centre point was extremely pleasant. Especially my interaction with the staff .***ager Mr Zubair Ahmad is worth mentioning, he went over and above his line of duty to make sure my daughter and myself were well looked after. Initially we had a slight problem with our room which was rectified immediately and we were given a better room. Mr Ahmad even helped me with a doctor’s appointment when my daughter fell sick and we were no longer guests of their hotel. This shows the core compassion and empathy towards their guests who they want to help at all times. The food was very nice but it’s the staff of the hotel that u will always remember with a big smile. Thanks Centre point for a wonderful stay.

Hotel Centrepoint is located in the heart of Jamshedpur city, most famous for the Tata Steel plant. It is a great property run by excellent ***agement team. The clientele consists mainly of foreign individuals providing engineering support to Tata Steel. I stayed there for exactly one month. The ***agement and Mr Asif in the reception were always ready to help. Overall a great experience and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jamshedpur.

Jamshedpur or Tatanagar as it is popularly know is a small city but very cleaned and well planned city. Spending a few days to relax is worth staying at Hotel Centre Point at Bishtupur in Jamshedpur. Hotel is well located , cleaned . spacious rooms and staffs are polite . Lobby is very small though. Food is extremely dissatisfactory and taste is far beyond expectations. I spoke to Chef and told him to look into the taste of the food. Rest all are OK.
