Pretty standard for a holiday inn. Clean, friendly staff, good place to stay.

The two young ladies at the front desk were great when it came to my complaints about the DIRTY LINEN ON THE BED , DIRTY TOLIET, DIRTY coffee maker, DIRTY floor, SMELLY TOWELS. SMELLY ROOM. They checked the room out for themselves and agreed to send me to another room. Also I scheduled and paid for in advance for a king suite with king bed. Upon arrival I was scheduled for a regular room with a queen bed. I won’t go there ever again.

Had reserved an accessible suite, but were assigned a regular suite. We were able to change, but we did not get a suite. Ended with a regular king accessible room.

We’ve stayed here before as we are truck drivers. They always treat us right.

My curtain/shades were torn and I was on the first floor so there was no privacy. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work

We got there at 4 to check in( check in is 3) and was told room wasn’t ready. We asked how long and they weren’t sure also had no other suites available. Front desk clerk says let me go help her clean it. She comes back 5 minutes later and says it’s clean. We go to room and it is definitely not clean. We deal with because we had to get to football game. Then next morning kids want cereal but they have no milk. Fine we go to shower after swimming and have no water. Can’t shower or flush toilet. Go to front desk to be told it the whole building, nothing they can do we should just check out early. Will never go back

Hotel needs some repairs and a lot of minor issues—our top floor room had a slope/lean to it. The bathroom tile had a lot of cracks. One of the table lights did not work. The carpets were stained. The shampoo dispenser was empty and missing a trash can in main area. Dead spiders were on the walls. The main entry door had to be slammed to properly shut. Drain plugs in bathroom missing.Breakfast was ok but trash cans overflowing.

They couldn’t find our reservation. Another family checking in at the same time was in the same situation. They employee stated they have a coworker who is deleting reservations because they think it’s funny. We were left without a room.

Paid extra for a king suite but received a queen suite!! Phone doesn’t work. Called a suite but it only has tables and no couch.
