There is just too many positive things I can say about this Motel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room we had was large and extremely clean. It had a wonderful kitchenette. The bed was mega comfortable. There was a nice hotel across the road with great food. Also they offer a free laundry for guests, which we used. Thank you again for the wonderful service you offer and at a reasonable price. Very happy.

Good size room but the room was very tired and badly needs money spent on it. The bathroom is very dated and run down. Wallpaper peeling off wall, tap coverings peeled off, windows that are hard to open and shut. Other little things need replacing ie the ironing board cover. Lights not working although it could be because bulb needs replacing something housekeeping should check. There were only two hangers in the wardrobe again something housekeeping should be checking and replacing. The star rating of 4 is too high, 3 at best.

This property was one of the most outstanding motels that I have ever stayed in, their attention to details was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a break away to choose this accommodation. 10/10 for everything we experienced whilst staying here😊

Great service upon check in, provided with real milk. Very large room, modern tidy, all mod cons. Lady at reception so helpful, toying with the idea of riding around NZ next summer, and if I do will definitely stay here again.

Room a bit dingy (poor lighting) but perfectly clean. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeper gave us fresh towels and toiletries. But don’t stay here unless you have earplugs as the bar/restaurant across the road was excessively noisy both nights we stayed(Fri/Sat) until 1am

We had a ground floor room next to the office, with people moving around upstairs the floor was creaking every time someone moved, a bit off putting but generally it was a good stay.

Convenient hotel but tired and odors of smoke throughout.

Disappointing. Stayed for a long period of time and get treated poorly at reception. Disgraceful
