Could not get air in to work to work. It was like a sauna. Then on day of check out at 940 clean entered room we were still in and check out was not until 11 and then did it again like 15 mins later

Air conditioner would not cool room below 72 asked to be moved to another room it was same exact way

We stay here every time we go visit our daughter at IUP. It seems that the service and cleaniness is starting to degrade. We had room 213 this time and the room was clean but i think the cleaning staff overlooked the bathroom. Shower had black mold starting to form on the ceiling near the exhaust fan and the shower needs some attention. Please next time dont have the trash cart parked in the middle of the lobby when people are trying to check in.

Our room was directly under the breakfast dining area, the chair sliding noise was unbelievable. NO SHAMPOO or SOAP in shower. Completely empty! To top that,

Nice clean hotel about five minutes from Jimmy Stewart museum. Restaurants nearby. Easy access.

The staff needs some serious training in customer service. They don't greet you, make any type of pleasant conversation, have a working knowledge of how to do everything required at the front desk, and more. It was like pulling teeth to get information. Making eye contact seems to be beyond their scope of ability. This hotel used to be very nice. We stayed here years ago. We assumed it would be a good place to stay again. Not so much. I'm not sure if it's new ownership, management, or what, but the staff needs some serious work.

Check in took forever. I was second in a line of three people. The clerk was waiting for the first person to fill out the paperwork and then asked the person behind me what their last name was so she could start checking them in. Not sure if I was invisible or what but it took a good 15 minutes to check in.

The front desk people were rude, and could not explain my bill or give me a receipt. They refused to give me a receipt. Ridiculous.

Rooms are nice - parking lot, landscaping and surrounding area have a lot of trash, ****s, etc.
