舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

We loved the welcome feel when you walked in. The staff was nice and made the process very quick and easy. They had a dinner soup which was very nice as well as their breakfast. The pool and hot tub was nice after a long drive. We felt like we were very safe also which is always really nice.

The room was okay. The bed not very comfortable. The Breakfast area, no Orange Juice No apple juice the milk was watered down (how lame is that watering down milk) I think if you are going to offer breakfast you should at least keep all the items filled up and do not water down the milk.

Overall, not my best experience at a Choice Hotel. Staff could’ve been more understanding about inclement weather in area delaying travel and not hassling us about a late arrival. Bed was comfortable and area was decently quiet however.

It was just fine! It was clean and the staff helpful. When I reserved my room, I thought it would be a bit newer. The pictures on the website a little misleading. But ..you met my needs and we had a good visit. It was great for the most part.

Not much to like about this hotel. There was a bad smell throughout the building that other guests also complained about. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms and lobby are very minimal and out-dated and unwelcoming. The breakfast was poor. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been the hot tub, but it was out-of-order and the pool looked uninviting.

Visited the breakfast buffet at 8:00 and they were out of several food items. The attendant refilled the coffee creamer but nothing else. The buffet was to be open until 9:30. Was not impressed! Also, our room was on the second floor and there were no elevators! Very inconvenient for my husband who recently had back surgery!

Rooms smelled. Didn’t feel safe getting out of hotel after dark. I was supposed to be at the comfort suites.

There were a number of small insects in our room, especially by the window. We spoke with the MOD and were offered the room next door. We declined. She apologized for what she called the seasonal boxelder bugs. An insect problem such as this should be addressed by an exterminator as needed. Breakfast options were limited. Hotel entrance is odd and poorly indicated. I would not stay there again.

Not a beautiful or glamorous hotel, but everything was good. Good breakfast. Clean. Comfy beds. Friendly service.
