We checked in late, asked for a late checkout when we checked in. Our 16 yr old daughter and our 6 yrs old son were asleep this morning and they knew we went Christmas shopping before they woke up. Housekeeping was beating down the door at 830 this morning and started my 6yr old! He was crying cause he was scared that she was going to come through the door! My daughter called me and I could hear the housekeeper yelling at my children that they need to leave!! I called the front desk no answer. I raced back to the hotel, MY CHILDREN WHERE SHAKING out of fear!!!! Who does that to children??!!!!! When I went to the front desk to talk to them about the situation they asked which housekeeper it was, my daughter said she was a thicker lady. The front desk snarled and said that we didn’t have to be so rude! I am in complete shock by the customer service at this hotel! I am a GM of a hotel and I would have fired every single one of them! You can’t successfully run a hospitality business on customer service performance like that…. I hope you get your crews attitudes in line before your business goes under. Out of the 18 yrs I’ve been traveling and staying in hotels and running hotels I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment! You should be ashamed!
