Khách sạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ, tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng rất hợp lý để ở 2 người. Sẽ ghé lại nếu có cơ hội

Visiblement les personnes en charge du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner n’ont pas eu de formation hygiène. J’ai vu plusieurs choses franchement pas normales et choquantes, comme par exemple : une cliente goute son verre de jus ne le trouve pas assez froid et s’adresse à la serveuse qui lui prend son verre, reverse le restant du verre dans la carafe, mélange avant remplir le verre de la cliente et repose la carafe à disposition des autres clints. Les serviettes de tables en tissus dépliées par les clients et repliées en petit chapeau et remis sur la table pour les clients suivants... Les sets de table utilisés pour essuyer la table puis remis en place...

A lovely hotel in a central area, just by the water. Although central, quiet at night. Excellent reception staff and good breakfast. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Recommended.

Soggiorno eccezionale! Siamo stati qui 6 notti. L’hotel è vicino al centro, ma al tempo stesso in una zona silenziosa. Lo staff è sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza e molto cordiale. Abbiamo riso molto!☺️ La camera è grande e accogliente. Il servizio pulizie è molto efficiente e viene svolto ogni giorno. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo ed è super abbondante con scelte intercontinentali. C’è il servizio di noleggio motorini e biciclette e anche la lavanderia. Io Wi-Fi è ottimo e abbiamo potuto tranquillamente lavorare al nostro pc. Super raccomandato!

Hotel cerca, de todo, buena relación calidad precio, desayuno bufé muy bueno , también conseguimos autobus a Hoi An a buen precio, Habitación correcta, caja fuerte con llave sin coste. El título hotel Amable, si leéis un folios dejado en la habitacion por el dueño lo entenderéis. 42€ 3noches

DO NOT book this hotel unless you have no other option. I do not know how they won the TripAdvisor award back in 2015, unless their service has significantly declined since then. For background, I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with 9 other people on a medical trip in Hue (2 were born in Vietnam and speak fluent Vietnamese). We booked a total of 5 rooms on the first floor. To start off, one of the rooms had a large, suspiciously brown stain on the inside of the bedsheets. When informed, the staff tried (unsuccessfully) to WIPE IT OFF and only changed the sheets after some insistence. There was also trash in the closet. The AC in another of the rooms did not work which did not pair well with Hue's hot weather (high 90s). When informed, the staff only laughed. In yet another room, ice and debris fell out of the AC. The staff also broke one of our laptops while cleaning our room. It was placed in a backpack in the closet before leaving and was found on the floor when we returned. The screen of the Mac was glitchy and slightly cracked. We assume the backpack was dropped during cleaning. They also took one of our stuffed animals and threw it in the dirty laundry for no reason (it was on the bed and put away). When informed, the staff laughed. It was only after we asked multiple times that they searched and returned it to us. Their laundry service resulted in several ruined articles of clothing (stains, stuck Tide pod, etc.) They also sorted our clothing on the floor (incorrectly, as several of our clothes were mixed up between rooms). Finally, there were bugs in our rooms of different varieties (lizards, roaches, mosquitos, centipedes, etc.) The breakfast food is okay for Western tastes but is not good at all if you are accustomed to authentic Vietnamese food. However, the cook is very sweet, and we appreciate her efforts in making food for us so early in the morning. All in all, we did not enjoy our stay here and will not be returning. We urge you to consider our experience before booking. It is not the worst hotel you can find in Hue, but there are definitely much better options for a similar price tag.

Au-delà de l’accueil chaleureux et très professionnel, une chambre impeccable et confortable (photos conformes), nous souhaitions remercier les employés de l’hôtel. Nous avons malheureusement subi une inondation à notre réveil et malgré cela, tout le personnel a souhaité assuré un petit-déjeuner pour ses hôtes avec le sourire ! Ils nous ont aidé à quitter l’hôtel en sécurité ! Merci à vous et bon courage !
