侯姆酒店(Home Hotel)

Warning for these scam. Reading some previous reviews it's interesting to see how different experiences one can have. It's also different having an experience as a tourist and someone living in a country. These people chose to not honor my online booking.They could see it in their email but quickly said that they don't work with online services for booking any more.That's not truebas they have to update occupancy otherwise they are not shown their at all. This is a pure scam and they said I could get the room for a higher price than the online price. When I didn't want to do that they also didn't help me to cancel the booking. I had to find another hotel and open a dispute ticket and still waiting for the refund. They did this at a public holiday as a chance to try to capitalize of lack of rooms.. Doing so they're breaking the contract with the booking site.Totally non acceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
