Chambres agréables , idéalement situé . En revanche , l’imoression de déranger les réceptionnistes . Accueil froid 🥶, limite . Quant au petit-déjeuner ( peu d’interêt ) , il n’ouvre qu’à 8h . Si vous avez le malheur de pointer le bout de votre nez avant ( 7:50) , alors là , vous le regretterez . Pas un “bonjour” , pas un sourire , rien ! La jeune en poste , est ODIEUSE . Elle n’a RIEN à faire là . J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement, immédiatement . J’étais FURIEUSE Changez de travail , vous n’êtes pas fait pour l’hôtellerie ! Et , je sais de quoi je parle , étant dedans depuis + de 30 ans . Honteux .

Très bel établissement extérieurement et intérieurement. Chambres twin-set et double très confortables, lumineuses, très propres. Petit déjeuner correct et peut être amélioré avec des produits frais. Bien situé dans Horta, proche des restaurants, cafés, port marina, plage, dommage que la circulation automobile passe dans ce quartier, pouvant engendrer des nuisances sonores.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Horta with easy access to the port. The rooms are basic but are great value for money with the most amazing view of Pico. If you like a nice coffee in the morning, take a trip to A Padaria just down the street.

Lovely classic hotel, perfect location, big well furnished and equipped rooms, gorgeous views, fine breakfast, manager and staff all super friendly and helpful; can't wait to visit the Azores again with Internacional as home base.

This hotel is simply perfect!

Although there is much to like about this property, it is far from perfect. But I gave it four stars due to the location, which is wonderful and in the heart of the city, very close to everything. But that is also the problem, this hotel can be extremely noisy at night when cars and motorbikes are whizzing by. And the best rooms, those facing the harbor, have the most noise. We found it quite difficult to fall asleep at night. That said, the room was lovely, very nicely decorated and the staff was friendly but not exceptionally well trained. For example, one staff member entered our room without permission while we were napping on the beds! Although he did knock first, I didn't hear him because I was wearing noise-cancelling headphones (see above). There are no deadbolts or manual locks to keep people from entering like this and you have to use your key to exit the room, which would be illegal in the US. He apologized but went on to explain at length that somebody had reported a "problem" in the room. All while my wife and I were laying on the beds! Very unprofessional, although I'm sure this is not an everyday occurrence. In conclusion, the hotel looks great, the rooms are lovely but quite noisy at times and the staff is friendly but not well-trained. Still, because of the rooms and location I'll give it a 4.
