The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only real issue I had was the microwave in my suite decided it needed a service call at 4:30 am. It proceeded to beep about every 45 seconds after that. I FINALLY got it to stop, but it was time to get up by then.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Hoover, AL. The room was beautiful and spacious. The shower was huge and comforting, the kitchen was efficient and clean. Very nice place to stay! They even had a free beer and wine happy hour in the lobby.👍👍👍

We were there for a tournament, and the hotel was great. Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfy and the sheets were amazing! I’d stay here again.

Clean and comfortable and in a great location for our needs. The staff were not very helpful at all. Just a very matter of fact attitude: "we must be out of water", "we don't clean the rooms on the weekend", and "breakfast is over at 9:30"

This property was perfect for our family of 5; we selected the 1 king bed, 2 queen bed suite. I was surprised to find that this unit had 2 full bathrooms!!
The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

What I liked: The suite was large, the beds were very comfortable,and they offered a free breakfast.
What I didn't like: Dust on TV stands and dressers, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, stains on chairs and couch, elevator was SO SLOW!!

Our room was clean and neat. We were traveling from the north so it was nice to get through Birmingham early evening, stayed and then leave in the morning to go further southeast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again
